Leonard was a great player but to compare him, as a rb, to Toby is reaching to say the least. also, Toby will stand up for himself, something that Leonard never had the heart to do. Toby made it clear to EVERYONE that he was NOT a fullback. Leonard rolled over and became a fullback in COLLEGE. time will tell who the smarter guy was."

Leonard became a FB his senior year at Rutgers because he was pushed there by the head coach to accomodate Ray Rice at HB. Right or wrong, Leonard was the consummate team player for a season.

And then he made it clear he would be a HB in the NFL at the Combine and what did everyone-Dick Vermeil and former black players-do to him? They tried to pigeonhole him as a FB because he's white. Unfortunately, Brian Leonard had the terrible luck to run behind a line that did nothing for him his rookie season with the Rams with disastrous results, which allowed the blacks and DWFs to write him off as a HB for the rest of his career.

TO KEEP A JOB in the NFL, he has obviously given up the thought of being a HB, and has accepted the back-up FB/white special teams demon role. (Something that Jacob Hester has had to accept as well to keep employment in the league.)

Yes, Toby Gerhart was a better college runner than either Leonard or Hester. But both Leonard and Hester should've been given legitimate shots at playing HB in the NFL, which they haven't.

And I can easily understand the concerns that J.B. Cash expands on in this article for Gerhart's future in the NFL.

I have little doubt that behind the scenes the league takes care of teams who "help out" with the problem of talented white players emerging in positions where they don't belong, which would be every position in all of pro-sports if the judeo-bolsheviks could get their way. Simply put Gerhart on a team behind the NFL's "top" player at that position and you have an excuse for him riding the pine - or becoming a blocker for Peterson or some other rabbinically approved player. Or Gerhart can come in 'cold' if Peterson is hurt, and if he doesn't gain 20 yds. a pop right off the bat, well, that shows he can't cut it in the NFL. I'm simplifying things a bit, but that's basically it.

Blacks have little control over teams drafting guys like Gerhart. It has nothing to do with mutiny and everything to do with social conditioning. Look at what Selig and the rest of the tribe are doing with MLB, what Gary Bettman is trying to do to the NHL (and he didn't know shi* all about hockey before taking the job) and what the NBA is for the most part. If anyone thinks this is "natural selection", they're brainwashed, an idiot or a disingenuous piece of filth working for the elite's agenda.

On a side note, I can see black offensive linemen putting in less effort or "making mistakes" if they have to block for someone like Gerhart. Gerhart is a man who is truly on his own. Keep that in mind. Edited by: Colonel Callan

The top rated running back for the 2011 draft, Evan Royster, runs a 4.52. That's the same as Toby yet this guy is only 213lbs. No one has questioned his speed or athletic ability. The double standards are becoming more and more obvious.

What exactly is Gary Bettman trying to do to the NHL?

Thanks C Darwin. This is good ammunition to counter those who argue that the major sports teams,' specifically the NFL, only m.o. is to hire the best players. Edited by: Alpha Male

12 years later and there have been - couple great seasons for white running backs (mccasffrey is the best example ) but the college feeder system simply doesn’t have enough white rb players in it to make a normal dent in the issues we face

There is a reason for everything. Nothing is new under the Sun. The racial slotting starts in Pop Warner Football when the kids are not even in high school yet. There have been articles and videos talking about the racial slotting that occurs. Then it only gets worse
the higher up you go from high school, to college and then the NFL. This is one reason I love track so much. Yes the slotting occurs there too but if you get a chance to prove your speed you show it. It's harder to hide speed on a track. They do it in fooball, basketball,
baseball and other sports through the team philosophy. It's called the Caste System and Whites need not apply to the so called black positions. One of these days the lies will be exposed and it won't be as bad. I've always believed that. We must continue to fight
for equality in sports, schools and the work place. I don't hate anyone unless they hate me but no one is superior to me because of the color of their skin.
