Anyone who watches any TV has seen these commercials where some white woman in a typical suburban house is going about her business, when an intruder bursts in the door to rob the place, and then runs off when they hear the alarm sound, and the woman is immediately called by an operator from whatever home security system it is asking if she's ok etc, and they're sending the police.
The first one of these commercials I saw, the burglar is 1 white man with a hooded sweatshirt. Ok (cynically raised eyebrow hwell, but ok sure.
Now, I just recently saw one where a dred locked black man AND white man burst through the door (white woman startled) get spooked by the alarm sounding, and decide to run off.
So here is the rule from what I gather. If you're going to show a burglar bust into a woman's house, and he's black, he better have a white partner with him. Someone might cry racism.
