This week is free HBO on Time Warner cable, so I've been checking out all of the sports specials with the "on demand" feature. I saw they had a Real Sports W/ Bryant "Jungle Fever" Gumbel, so I knew there would be some sort of anti-white slant to it. They had some stupid thing on Lou Piniella, another on BS prep schools for foreign basketball players, another was on the graduation rates at the U of Wisconsin. All of the stories had their subtle anti-white angle, but the last story was the clean up hitter.

The last story of the show was a biography of New York Islanders coach Ted Nolan. The piece started off by laying on the standard guilt trip of European settlers forcing the indigenous people to move around and high substance abuse and suicide rates on the reservations. Blah blah blah. Teddy did some coaching here and there and was given credit for saving Chris Simon's life by forcing him to lay off the firewater.

The interesting part is this; after he refused to pick up his 1-year extension with the Sabres and refused a head coaching job with the Lightning, he laid dormant as an NHL coach for 9 years. The narrator stated that this was due to "prejudices" against Nolan's people. Nolan went on to say that "they" think we are drunks, lazy, and womanizers.

Womanizers you say. Hmmmmmm. I've known some pretty racist people. I can't remember any of 'em saying "Those damn whale blubber eating womanizers!!"

What is even more interesting is the most dominant rumor surrounding the departure of Nolan from the Sabres. You see, there is speculation that Reservation Ted had an affair with Dominic Hasek's wife, and this was the real reason for him being on the "Black List" for NHL coaches.

I guess the most of the story was prepared before his job with the Islanders. Seems to me that he was playing the race card to get another coaching job. Looks like it worked.

I would like to end by saying that Ted Nolan is a good coach that is worthy of working in the NHL. I'm just not going to let him near my wife anytime soon.

If you're white and you have attended anger management then do not watch Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel.

You can't even open the morning paper without this 'anti-white' propaganda being pressed down your throat. I sometimes lose sleep because I get so angry. It's not healthy. You try not to think about these things and forget the race issue. I left castefootball for a few months but shows like this made me comeback.

I wonder if they would still produce shows like Real Sports if they knew it had a reverse effect on so many Americans.

I've played hockey in games and tournaments all over North America, so I've encountered my fair share of Native players. All I will say is this: Be careful not to take too deep a breath when you line up next to one of them for a face-off. The stench of cheap Scotch on their breath can be blinding. I kid you not.

This is no "stereotype", as most of them actually ARE alcoholics.Edited by: Ground Fighter

I think the stench of the cheap scotch on their breath would turn my hair from black to white in about 3 seconds.GF, I remember you telling about how Natives have some sort of inherited gene that makes them alcoholics. Even though I haven't met that many natives in my lifetime, I think I can easily say that I would actually prefer to be around Mexicans over them. I've actually never had a problem with Mexicans, and I'm cool with pretty much all the ones I know, but natives are another story. From what I have read about them, they actually laugh at guys like you and I because we work for a living, while they live off the fat of the land from their casinos without having to pay any sort of taxes. And yet, they still claim that even these reparations aren't enough. They should be thankful that the European settlers didn't kill them all off in one clean swoop because they certainly were capable of doing just that

NHL Coach Nolan's Son Alleges Racism After Border Trouble

He's every bit a Canadian, but NHL coach Ted Nolan's son Brandon alleges he was treated like a criminal and had to listen to racist comments from Canadian border guards while trying to enter from the United States near Kingston earlier this week.

The 24-year-old Native Canadian has filed a compliant with the Assembly of First Nations and commissioned high profile Toronto attorney Calvin Barry to represent him while the Canadian Border Services Agency conducts an investigation into what it was that kept the former Manitoba Moose player from crossing.

It's alleged that for almost two hours Monday, Nolan and his girlfriend, Stephanie Antalfy, were prevented from entering Canada despite Nolan showing his First Nations card.

"A gang of people ... everyone putting in their two cents ... people laughing at you," an upset Nolan recalled of his time being questioned by what he says were multiple guards.

Nolan is the eldest son of the New York Islanders coach, and was returning to his Whitby home from his parents' home on Long Island. He was driving his father's BMW at the time.

"He looks at the ID and says that means nothing to him, when it's a form of government ID," Nolan said. CBSA officials later confirmed that the Indian Status card does in fact serve as a passport and should grant a holder border access in both directions.

Nolan is the hockey property of the NHL's Carolina Hurricanes, and says the border questioning started out routine, but took a turn for the strange when he was asked to pull aside, enter a building and talk to several officers. A later turn might be taken right in the direction of the Human Rights Commission.

Nolan claims the officers were laughing at him and asked him if he knew where Cornwall, Ontario was, a comment he claims took to be a jab at his background because of the Native population in that area and a history of alcohol and cigarette smuggling.WTF?

Only when a call was placed to a family friend who works for the CBSA was Nolan allowed to enter Canada, and that didn't happen until after the U.S. border guards told him to turn around and head back a second time, saying his Indian Status was enough to gain him entry.
