Sorry Thrashen, Dwight AKA truth teller) or silly hate himself Anak but here is my thing.
I do not watch to many stupid viral videos but I am form NY and circulating around the papers and internet is a picture of some cop buying a pair of 100 $ boots to some homeless non shoe existent guy.
I am not the smartest guy in the world but I would like to think I have a little wisdom and logic with me.
This homeless guy just " magically " had to be laying out in the street with no shoes. WTF.
I have seen people in my area, Utica NY and they look to be homeless yet sit by a convenience store where people hand then money and one minute later they are talking on their Iphone. I am not saying all homeless are faking it but come on man??? This has got to be the stupidest cop in the world. How many people walk around streets at night with no shoes.
I can understand why some people on this site refer to the masses as Sheeple.

I wouldn't be surprised. Feelgood stories gone bad are right up (or down) there with hate crime hoaxes. A follow-up story might find the guy traded the nice new boots for some crack.

Its being reported that the same homeless guy has now mysteriously " hidden " his boots because they are expensive and was seen walking shoeless again around the streets of NY. There was some talk of him being mentally ill but this reeks of the work of a scam artist.
