Diaz defeated Noons via unanimous decision to retain the Welterweight Championship (48-47, 49-47, 49-46).

* Lightweight bout: Josh Thomson vs. Gesias Cavalcante

Thomson defeated Cavalcante via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 30-27).

* Women's Welterweight Championship (135 lbs) bout: Sarah Kaufman (c) vs. Marloes Coenen

Coenen defeated Kaufman via submission (armbar) at 1:59 in round 3 to win the Strikeforce Women's Welterweight Championship.

I thought Noons was Asisan. Regardless, he had a decent showing and lost a UD. He should drop back to 155 and continue to do his thing.

Thomson did well, I actually came close to betting against him. I think he is better than Melendez if he(Thomson) is 100 percent healthy.

Howard, I'm not sure. He may have some asian bloodlines, but looks White.
