A very good running back prospect from California picked up his 1st offer from the university of Wyoming with plenty more to come. Young Manfro was a transfer from the East coast to the West coast after his father was almost killed in the world trade center bombings. I really hope this young man kills it in college because if any one deserves the chance to break a sterotype it should be this young man whose father almost made the ultimate sacrifice during this countries worst terrorist attack ever in the history of this counrty. I love this kid's cut back ability! He is really nimble in tight spaces, has great vision, and doesn't lose speed when changing direction. A real talent!
Hope he might still grow and fill out a bit....

Well I for one hope he will not grow too much. It's too easy for a coach to see a 6 2 white boy and say "well, there is my next LB/FB." I think that at about 5 11 or 6 ft. is just perfect. You are absolutely right though this kid is excellent. How much do you think Toby Gerhart's ground breaking 09' led the way for more white RB's in the Pac-10?
