Not to be rude shadowlight but there is no way he runs a 10.1 100 meters or our track guys would be drooling over this kid.

a quick search shows that he ran a 10.2 at 165 pounds, not a stretch to think that he ran in the 10.1 range at 170

the 10.2 time was hand-held, which for some reason is still done in some parts of Texas high school ...

Champlin's fastest official time (done automatically like at all elite track meets) this year was a 10.75 with almost no wind. that's still very fast (good for #16 overall in Texas). where Steven REALLY shined, though, was in the 400. his season-best of 46.92 was #11 in the nation.

and he's just a junior, which bodes very well for the future.

the kid can obviously run. here's hoping he blows up as a senior, both on the gridiron and on the track.
