For the track fans that want to see both of Marco Ferreira's 100 meters races among others here you go. Just to let you guys know that
the 19 year old Marco Ferreira ran a 10.09 into a negative wind on a wet track with puddles after a 2 hour rain delay for the race. Who knows what he runs if he was in good conditions?

Marco Ferreira now has his 10.09 up on the Top Lists. Glad they finally fixed the mistake.

Meanwhile Emilie Erasmus ran a time of 10.17 with 0 wind on April 16th.

Emile's 34 now. What a great athletic lifespan to still be up there with the top guys. That could mean a sub 10.10 in nice wind conditions and hot weather. I'd love to see him with enough form to make the Com Games relay team. He was in the team for Brisbane Com Gmaes in 2018. Ran side by side on the second leg with an up and coming guy called Browning ... nothing much in it either

Starts at 2m 20 with "quadrilla" Trae Williams then to Browning V Erasmus and the JACK HALE when could could really run.
Poor old anchor for Australia was Joshua Clarke, a 10.15 guy 2 years earlier without his back injury which got worse through the rounds of the 100 and relay.

Man Jack Hale when he was fast could sure run a bend! Clarke looked very tight but still ran fairly well.

I could always tell when his back was giving problems as I had it at times myself. Could see it contrasted against his better runs.
His next run was in the final and it was worse. Looked like running through syrup

Marco Ferreira was already in the Top 5 All Time South African Record Books for the Mens Under 20 Fastest Times. Today
in France he ran a 10.04 which would put him 3rd all time for that age range. Congrats on another epic run.
