The problem with a move to England was Man City had invested in Grealish, Man Utd in Bruno and Chelsea have Kai and other young talent to nourish.

english clubs only sign black players it seems
i didn't see any signings that weren't european/african blacks
so messi being white makes it difficult to sign him
once you rule out the premier league that leaves the italian league, french league and german league
amongst those only paris has the money and ambition to sign that kind of player
rennes could buy that kind of player too being owned by one of richest man in the world even more money than PSG but he doesn't seem to care

Liverpool certainly and Arsenal trending that way also. But City have a lot of pale talent, they added Grealish and Kane is the other main target.

Chelsea have brought in Lukaku but he may end up helping the players with pace. Werner and Pulisic.

in the french league huge upset for lyon, who a decade or two ago was winning the league every year, they lost 3-0 to angers

angers started 5 whites
and lyon 1 white, the goalkeeper of portuguese origin who i don't think is very good
lyon started 4 european/african blacks

over the whole squad, lyon has only 5 white players out of 24 (including 2 goalkeepers)

A waste of Messi's talent to play in a mediocre league like the French. I'd have preferred he go to Serie A where there's more competition. If he ends his career at PSG he'll have only played for two super rich teams surrounded by the best players thus making it difficult to judge him from an historical perspective as all the other great players had to deal with more adversity.

"only paris has the money...to sign that kind of player"

I thought it was a free transfer. Is Messi so greedy that he still cares about $$$$$$?

you have to pay his wages

Barcelona wages? Do PSG have to pay Barca or something? I don't understand. If not, and Messi insists on a ridiculous amount then that just shows he's not interested in challenging or proving himself.

as a professional player i think his wage is part of his performance
accepting a low wage would mean he's no longer the best
what would people say if he was less paid than lesser players, people would say he's done

There are many great sportsmen who've taken a pay cut for the greater good of the team. It's the WHITE thing to do!

Anyway, here's an explanation of Messi & Barca (it's a bit annoying as he tries - and fails - to be funny)

so according to that video he accepted a 50% wage cut to remain at barcelona but that still didn't work?
in my opinion he did what he had to do then
why give a huge price cut to an italian club you have no history with when you can have fun in the french league and still be a contender in the champions league?

Everyone knows that Athletic Bilbao are the pride of the Basque nation. Unlike every other team in Europe they only hire Basques and would prefer to lose with a 'Basque' team than win with foreigners. Right now I'm watching Athletic Bilbao v Barcelona and there are two black guys playing for Bilbao, one of them with the surname 'Williams'. I guess anyone who lives in Basque country gets to be called a native 'Basque'.

Sad that there cannot be anything explicitly for White people anymore. Even the best scenarios like Athletico Bilbao now have to have tokens.

Good draw for City away to Liverpool. Kevin De Bruyne on the score sheet. Great to see him, Bernardo, Grealish and Foden all starting.

Timo Werner on the score sheet for Chelsea yesterday. Hoping he has a big year. Don't want another Morata situation.

PSG beaten 2-0 hilarious.

manchester city got destroyed by PSG in the champions league, i was surprised to see manchester city had some good white player representation, althought it seems a lot came from portugal i think
riyad mahrez the overhyped arab was very annoying in that game
time to go to the turkish or qatari league i think, he is done

Funny stuff! A gaggle of English bobbies beaten back by based Magyar fans when the poms tried to steal their anti-kneeling banner. Hungary earned an away draw in this World Cup qualifier.

Watching Northern Ireland v Italy in a World Cup qualifier. Two non-whites playing - both for NI, a team that never had any in its history until half a decade ago. (Remember how we were told after Euro 2012 that future Italian teams would feature more blacks like "Super Mario"? It hasn't happened.) On the bright side neither team took the knee for BLM, which, AFAIK, makes NI the only team from the British Isles, including the Rep.of Ireland, who don't kneel before each match.
