Slovakia bans gay marriage

Slovakia's parliament has amended its constitution to define marriage as a union between man and woman, effectively closing the door to same-sex marriage and stirring protest among rights groups.


The amendment, drafted by leftist Prime Minister Robert Fico's Smer-Social Democraty party and the opposition Christian Democrats, was backed by 102 lawmakers while 18 voted against it.

Eventually, the EU will force it on them. Slovakia should never have joined the EU. I've been there twice -once before the Euro and once afterwards. It seemed like everything had doubled in price after they gave up their own currency, just like in Ireland.

Ok. However, I quoted Genesis. Moses wrote Genesis, which pre-dates Christianity by at least 3,000 years. I believe we were created by God and he gave us instruction on how best to live our lives.

They're doing worse than that to little Ireland. They are flooding it with the third world - same as they are doing to the rest of western Europe, and of course here. And your first sentence is surely right.
