Good News
Kovalev now talking about ditching Jackson, who had talked to Ward's people behind Kovalev's back about switching camps and crossing over. That is good news.

Bad News (true?)
Kovalev considering Ward's life time trainer, scumbag Virgil Hunter, as his new trainer. If this is true, Kovalev would be a sap to allow that spy and saboteur into his realm. If true, and if it happens, that is very bad news. If it actually happens, Kovalev will be set up to fail and be one big sucker.

He says making 175 is starting to get to be too much of a drain on him. He should never talk in public about something like this. Never show any potential weakness. Man, these guys need to get to our school here.

Precise Presenter said he was black or *******, and then he started showing a photo of a white guy, but that photo didn't fit the voice, and simultaneous with the photo came deliberately provoking posts. So what was actually going on there?

You mean his YouTube avatar? That wasn't him.

Who was it then? Also, didn't he show his arm in one of his videos, and it appeared to be a white man's arm, or am I thinking of something else? Why did he deliberately provoke them? I thought his videos were great and now those sons of bitches memory holed the lot of them,

"Precise Presenter? There never was anyone by that name on YouTube, comrade citizen. You can look and see for yourself. No such person ever existed. You must be a homophobic fascist to have sick fantasies of such an imaginary racist nazi ever having been on Youtube! Everyone knows That Andre Ward won every round against Kovalev in both fights. Only homophobic racists think otherwise!"

His avatar was Kovalev and before that it was GGG. He never posted video or photos of himself that I know of. His Twitter bio said he was from Ecuador.

He also never made any racial slurs that I know of so the videos calling him racist should just be ignored.

At the end he had a picture of a white guy with a mustache and a baseball cap that said WAR on It. I'm quite sure it wasn't Kovalev. Then he made the remark about "negroes" sabotaging Kovalev, and other comments about blacks (all of which I agree with). It was as if he was deliberately trying to provoke them. Thats when I had the exchange with him that I mentioned above when I suggested he tone it down or they might ban him and he said they'd already banned him. Don't know what he meant by that or if he made any more responses because by the time I checked again he was gone. I was going to tell him to come here. Maybe his account was hacked and sabotaged. I didn't know about the Twitter account.

That's what I meant. Hi is WAY better than Pavlik. I was making a remark that Pavlik was on top of the world after knocking out Jermaine Taylor in their first fight. He threw it all away on alcohol. I was a rpo heavyweight fighter myself. I used to train with Barry Mcguigan as his career was winding down. We used to go out and drink once a week but Barry being from Ireland would go out every night and pound then down yet be up at dawn and train like it was not a problem. I asked him once if he knew alcohol killed brain cells. He replied " yeah, but only the weak ones". He was a hell of a fighter but quite the typical Irish alcoholic.

John David Jackson: Sergey Kovalev is a Real Assh*le - He Quit!

Jackson recently told ATG Radio his current status with Kovalev:

“Right now by the way it looks now, I am not his trainer anymore....

“I knew for the second fight that Ward was going to crowd him, if you give Sergey distance you’re in trouble, Ward is a very intelligent fighter so he knew going into the second fight that he had to crowd Sergey. I knew that we could have won the rematch but Sergey started making money, getting big headed and he didn’t want to train hard anymore. Every camp was worse and worse."

In the rematch, Ward's main strategy was to target Kovalev's body - which Jackson admits is the boxer's weak spot.

“... but in camp for the second fight he did less than in the first. If he isn’t hungry anymore, that’s on him. He showed his true colors but if he comes back he is damaged goods. He would probably beat a couple of guys but now they know your secret. You can’t take it to the body, you’re in trouble," Jackson said.

“I've been trying to teach him for years to fight on the inside, in Camp, Don Turner was there and can witness. I was doing some body work on Sergey, I made him fold up. I’m 54 years old and he couldn't take it. I told Don, if Ward can get inside, withstand his early shots then he (Sergey) is in trouble and that is what happened, he proved me right.

“... I knew if Ward fought even half as he did last fight then it was over.

“Sergey likes to talk trash. He said a couple of things. He's blaming me for the loss but let me tell you this, you can’t blame me for your loss when you quit. He quit! Once Andre started hitting him to the body he was done," Jackson said.

“Sergey and I have been going through stuff for years because he is a real assh*le, he is really bad..." Jackson said.

"Mann, everyone has a hard time with him (Kovalev). He thinks that he did everything himself, he gave me no credit, Main Events no credit. He says that he done this all on his own.

“Every fight he became worse and worse. All I say is that the next person who trains him better get a contract signed before because you won’t get paid what you are supposed to. You know it’s bad when everything that this guy has, he has his emblems on it. Krusher on everything. His car, his house, everything in the gym has it, the bags, everything. But when all of this sh*t drops, he is going to see how it is for him.

“At light heavyweight, he had such a hard time making weight first of all. There isn’t much he can do at light heavyweight now. This other kid Artur Beterbiev, he was the person that I always thought would have beat Sergey. The reason why I say that is because he is a tremendous puncher and would have went to his body. He would break Sergey down. Andre was just smarter and got to him first."

The main things Krusher did wrong was 1. hiring that that no good traitor of a trainer and 2. Agreeing to fight again in LV, the crookedest city in the world, after he had already been blatantly robbed there the first time, and 3. not hitting Ward back below the belt when Ward continued to do it to him with the Las Vegas so called referee of course not seeing a thing except visions of the cash the mob was going to pay him.

It's hard to tell if Kovalev can take it to the body when he was hit low all night and it's hard to take Jackson seriously when there's bad blood between them now.

What i was disappointed in Kovalev about is he didn't turn heel. He's a tough guy. Why was he trying to play nice and fair like the baby face when he was in there with the Weeks and Ward tag team heels, with turncoat Jackson back in his corner too? Some wrestling story line. He should have turned heel and KOd Weeks and his girlfriend with solid below the belt blows, and then KOd the Las Vegas wise guys all dressed up in their fancy Italian cut judge suits. That would have been the proper story line. And then you could have had Boxingmania 3 with Jackson in the Ward corner along with Weeks, where they belong

I don't know, but he just didn't seem right that fight. That said, if you want to cheer up from that fight. Watch Oleksander Usyk destroy Marco Huck. Huck is the second or third best Cruiserweight of all time in my opinion. He's older, yes, but Usyk made him look like an amateur.

Between Loma and Usyk (not to mention the Klitschkos), Ukrainian boxers are revolutionizing the sport.
