Connor (and Posluszny) will be great NFL players, Pro Bowl caliber. Poz would be in a running for Defensive ROY had it not been for his injury. i predict Connor to start his rookie year, and if he does he migh have DROY type of a season. he's a total package, athletic, tough, smart and has great football instincts.
