This is big news. This will affect, not just this case, but any potential future case.

I hope this will allow the victim to sue the members of the Colorado Commission (commissars) for violating their rights.

In a matter related to this, the Headquarters of Frito-Lay, in the heart of Texas, has silently responded to the Court's decision today by putting their Rainbow flag (on Corporate property) at half mast. Yes, it is bad enough they have that flag at their Headquarters, but this is their pissy fit I suppose. I will try to find a link for further info...

This is stupid that they are making this out as an attack against homosexuals. The decision is a broad protection for business owners of all stripes. For example a homosexual bakery is now protected from having to bake a cake with an anti-homo message.

This is just a common sense decision but of course the left weaponizes and politicizes everything in the unendeding culture war. With this in mind, we should take it as a win.
