Kov made the biggest mistake by having the 1st fight in the US. He had the titles, he should have had the 1st fight in Russia. Subsequently, we would NOT have had a second fight. AT F*ck up by Team Kovalev. The 2nd fight was fixed. GGG beat Canela easily. Also fixed. Boxing is a corrupt sport.

I say Kovalev Ward II. Ward should have been DQd for low blows.

In second, I say Golovkin/Canelo. Golovkin was the clear winner and should still have a perfect record.

I agree. Kovalev - Ward II was a fixed fight and a disgrace for boxing. Golovkin - Cane!o was fixed also. GGG was the clear winner by 3-4 rounds.

I posted this on BoxRec forum 2 days ago:

First off, I rate Kovalev as undefeated right now, the two phony losses in Organized Crimes' very own town, "Sin City", notwithstanding, as he clearly won the first Ward fight, and equally clearly Ward and his accomplice, dressed up in a referee suit, should have been DQ'd in the the second.

K vs. Beterbiev and Bivol would be two good fights!

I agree with Wolfman. The Kovalev v Ward fights were the biggest robberies. And Kovalev is still undefeated in the eyes of one who evaluates fairly. GGG only had a "win" robbed from him but he didn't lose his negotiating advantages (that's all belts are anyway). There is a silver lining though, Ward took too much punishment in the fights and retired -he probably has creaks and cracks in his neck as a reminders of the fights.

It hasn't been 4 months yet since her atrocious #CaneloGGG scorecard and Adalaide Byrd has already judged 8 fights, 2 of them world title bouts. How's that for accountability? #boxing #NSAC #BobBennett #AdalaideByrd #MonteroOnBoxing
