So the best thing would be to have no parties at all and no organized labor at all. Then everyone would be much more equal than they are now.

No there is nothing wrong with organized labor. No law should outlaw organized labor - that is less government, not more.

This is another result of the plundering and raping of society by the banksters and other criminals, who got off scot-free and in fact have greatly increased their wealth and power. Public employees are the latest to feel the effects, after the private sector has been thoroughly screwed. At least they still have the energy and cajones to stand up for themselves; the private sector has capitulated like well-trained slaves, going back to when the steel industry was dismantled overnight in the late '70s and early '80s.

kaptain, I am an engineer and work for a company that sells machinery to people that make things. Very few of my customers are govt or have anything to do with the govt. it's all consumer end products.

As for Ron Paul's stance that he supports the right to collectively bargain, that is a libertarian bait-and-switch, we used to joke about that when I was more involved with the Libertarian Party. Sure they can organize all they want but if an employer wants to fire them all and hire someone else then that is his right as he owns the property that is the company. Basically if the govt doesn't force the employer to work with the union then the union has no ability (other then violence) to protect their jobs. Is Ron Paul one of the "Ron Paul lib-tards" you referred to in another thread?

Jaxvid, the "Paultard" comment I put in quotation marks because it was mentioned in the video. Hence, the purpose of the quotation marks (not my words). Were a couple of the Campaign for Liberty guys Tards? Absolutely.

I also have no problem with a company, state, or independent school deciding to "fire us all." And also no fear of it.

BTW, what company do you work for?

Don, thanks for standing up for the working man with cahones.

What about the working man in the private sector who is footing the bill? Who is laid off, furloughed told that his hours would be cut back, insurance premiums increased? It is Ok for them to suffer or tighten their belts but government workers of various occupations continue the status quo. I don't think so.

BTW, it was a Wall Street Broker type guy that started the TEA Party Movement not any of your heros or villains you pull out of your hat to project on them or members here Kaptain. Why are so angry? I am a union member but in my union we contribute significantly to our retirement, 401K and pension. In other words no friggen free ride on the backs of the citizens of my city. Since 2009, no cash overtime. I have tighten my belt. Attempt to look at others who foot lavish packages you, I and they enjoy compared to many in the private sector. Good grief man.

How about cutting the money to the politicians first? You think teachers are living better than they are? or even close? I don't know why Teachers have become the target.

Scott Walker has cut his own pay drastically. He leads by example on this issue.

Do you know of any other politician doing the same?

http://www.jsonline.com/blogs/news/115759829.html

Back when Walker was Milwaukee County exec, he was making $129,000 a year -- except from 2002 to 2008, he gave back $60,000 a year to the county. After that, he gave back $10,000.
Voluntarily giving back only $10,000 rather than $60k meant that at last he earned more than Rich Abelson, head of the AFSCME local representing county employees and a man given to constant harping that Walker was somehow cruel to workers.

And amazingly he still made more money and had much better benefits than the average Milwaukee teacher. Not bad for a college flunky.

Some positions in government are over-paid just as some in the so-called "private sector" are over-paid. The answer is to lower the pay of those positions only. $130,000 is way too much for a county employee whose job doesn't require an advanced degree or high-end professional licensure. Funny that he eventually re-nigged on that campaign promise and took most of the money anyway. This despite the fact that he is almost guaranteed a lifetime of wealth from his corporate bosses. Naw, I'm sure he is of the highest quality of character - just ask David Duke. Edited by: Kaptain

Angry? How about you calling me "parasite" and "lazy" etc. How about my "lavish" packages that I posted for all to see. You can't adress that can you?

How is your matching 401k any different than my matching TRA? No cash overtime? That really sucks. I've never had it - no teacher EVER has gotten over-time pay? I'm sure your union is so much more honest than my mafia teacher's union. What is your job anyway? I want to know so can b!tch about your lunch hour being too long. I'm getting sick ofb!tching about global bankers and diversity pimps anyway. Your scared snibbling whiny little butt is much more fun to attack. Lets take those gloves off, step on each other, and fight over the crumbs.

Kaptain, you are starting to look very foolish. How did he re-*** on his promise? He said he was going to give back some of his salary.

Did he lie?

He was making 129 K and gave back 60K each year for seven years. Then he gave back 10 K for a couple more years.

As far as I can determine he gave back nearly 450 thousand dollars! That aint chump change!

If that's re-nigging I wish all politicians would do that. Good Lord!

Milwaukee is not a middle school in the suburbs. Do you realize the difference in responsibilities between his position as opposed to a teacher? He was the County Executive!

My sign stealing principal neighbor makes more money than he did.

Your union bias has clouded your brain.

A lifetime of wealth from his corporate bosses? Ha ha.

Do you know what happened to his predecessor?

Tom Ament was forced to retire/resign. He was involved in a huge scandal with other Democrat civil servants. They tried to fleece the tax-payers in a pension scam of mammoth proportions!

There was a recall, but Ament flew the coupe before being ousted.

Walker was elected and pledged to cut the government largesse.

He may be a college flunky, but at least he doesn't rape the tax payers.

This is how communism works. It takes away the wealth and power of the working class. The stubborn selfish goyim argue amongst themselves over meaningless issues. Democrat vs Rebublican blah blah blah... The beat goes on. Most teachers are educated white folks. Any actions that seek to deplete their wealth and bargaining power is simply bad news. Dont let your jealousy get the best of you. Just because your being screwed by the system and only raking in a few shekels dont fall for the trap of cheering on the demise of the rest of the working class. You will be next. There have been several great ideas mentioned in this thread on how to cut the deficit and we continue to argue amongst ourselves. How stupid. The enemy is not the teachers or unions. It is the kosher communist system we have let demolish our country. Quit falling for the divide and conquer tactics, silly fools.

Yeah, I don't get where you going here. I'm not understanding how I'm supposed to be in solidarity with the people protesting in Wisconsin? Yes they are workingclass, and a lot of them seem to be white, but other then that they seem to be on the other side of a lot of issues that are important to me.

"Most teachers are educated white folks" un huh, that is important to me how?????

I think I'll remain a stubborn selfish goy and argue over things that are important to me thank you.

So your saying the wellbeing of fellow whites is not important to you. You just proved my point. Good job. The selfish attitude you spew has been the demise of the white race for years. The BS going on in Wisconsin is just a product of a corrupt system. We need to get to the root of the problem.

The communist regime in place takes money from one working class and gives to another in an attempt to equalize classes. Siding with the regime and against fellow workers is foolish. It will only further their agenda.

Do you actually think your taxes will go down after they cut teachers wages????? Dont count on it.

Just off the top of my head I would tax casinos, cut welfare, bigger corprate tax, cut goverment spending, downsize government, no taxes would go to diversity training. If needed I would declare sovereignty and print money backed by silver and gold and start from scratch. Ron Paul seems to have some good ideas I would borrow also.

Mr Wonderful of your list I like: cutting spending, Cut welfare, 0 to diversity BS. Increasing tax on casinos would have to Go to a vote, I'm all for that as well. But downsizing the goverment means firing people, I would concur but slowing This during this austere economic period. I believe it would more humane to recieve meanful concessions from all pubic unions(reading this KP)than to start firing anyone. Gov Walker said that may happen if those punk ass dem state senators don't show up as they are elected to do.

You're just a milder version of former Israeli-firster Jew-loving posters who have been banned in the past. You're just a little better at evading being banned. You clearly love to just antagonize, but that's your job. In fact it's probably your paid job and that's the reason you refuse to reveal what you do for a living. Your name-calling and childish put-downs of teachers are on record starting on page one of this thread. When you found that I was teacher the antagonism just continued. BTW - I actually like these fiery discussions it brings out the best in me. So continue to antagonize as your antagonization has backfired. Your false arguements on the issues at hand have been exposed. As the discussion has continued I've noticed more and more posters seeing the light and agreeiing with me including the site moderator. So go ahead and continue to antagonize. You're clearly losing favor with each increasing post. Have anice day Westside dude. Peace out and all that good Westside stuff. Edited by: Kaptain

Interesting that you will stand up for a County employee's clearly excessive salary and real "lavish" benefits as long as he is Republican. Why are you so intent on making this about Republicans vs. Democrats? You got to get out of that mind-set, or you'll be voting for John McCain AGAIN!

County Executive is not some magical position that requires huge salaries and benefits. It has no requirements whatsoever other than winning an election. No advanced degree, no special skill or knowledge, no licensure, nothing at all. It's a county position for crying out loud! It's not POTUS.

When Walker was elected it was on the heels of a huge pension scandal. Do I think money and power poured in to his campaign to get him elected for pay-backs on dealing with this scandal? Absolutely. I think he'll be handsomely rewarded - no doubt.

He also won because he promised not to accept the huge salary. Don't you think 130,000 plus lavish benefits is over-the-top for a county executive? He did and now you don't, and I guess now he doesn't either. Which one is it? Over-paid or under-paid? I think it's way excessive. What do you think? Should we punish teachers (who earn much less than 1/2 that) because county executive's pay is excessive? In what world of convoluted thinking does that make sense? If mental gymnastics was an actual olympic sport, I think you'd be a gold medal winner on this topic.

Bart, you're still talking about Principal's salaries and benefits. Start a new thread on that one and I'll probably have some agreement with you, but keep it off this thread please.

Quite frankly, the government school system that we have in this country molds us to become good kosher communists; although the content in the classroom itself is probably a lesser problem than the "socializing" element of modern schools -- which mushes the brain to crave garbage or even nihilism. And it is my experience that this is the case also in schools of an all-white rural setting.
Universal public education in the USA was originally pushed in the 1800's, not for reasons of literacy -- but for the purpose of propaganda; and as part of the same movement that spawned the European revolutions of 1848.

Then Observer become a teacher and stop the propaganda spreading. Do you think I am forced to teach kosher communist ideals? Never heard of anybody being forced to teach kosher communist ideals. Public education has been around forever and with little problems in the past. Back then our classrooms were filled with all-white students who were very respectful. Not the case today.

So you could end all public education and make it a completely local issue. I would have no problem with that, but all it's philosophical at this point. The federal government is not going to let little black kids go back to their black neighborhoods in search of funding for schools. We haven't even dealt with affirmative action and other special minority rights yet - so public education isn't going to end any time soon. You're going to pay for it like it or not. I would guess that not many on this site send their kids to private schools now. You send them to public schools by the forces of reality - not idealism or philosophy. Don't blame your teachers for teaching at public schools when you send your kids to the same public schools. Were all playing on the field like it or not. Teaching is still a mostly white dominated profession. The cultural marxist would like to change that. Try not to give them a helping hand. Edited by: Kaptain

More proof that this attack on teacher's is the cultural marxist agenda. The news article I posted below was from this morning. It should end all the arguement on this issue. Remember, it's not a bad thing to admit that you were wrong. We've all been on the wrong side of issues before - it's not a big deal. Refusing to be right is a big deal.

The plan is to attack the white working class and replace them with minority diversity pimps. That is made clear in the article. Democrats and Republicans are all to blame. Obama, Boner, Cantor, Christie, Pelosi, and Walker. There all on the same side. You haven't notice how tipid the support for teachers unions has been from the Democrat media mouthpieces? Even Chris Matthews (tingle-foot) was questioning the teachers. Anyways, read the article. Let the truth set you free.

Observe,

Revolutions of 1848 - I'm reading a book on them now. Very interesting. Looks like they definitely led to many things going on the the world today.

Kaptain,

Sir, would you please look up Kansas 8th grade examination and tell me what you think?

Tom Iron...
