At the blackfest speed celebration of Miami Nike training camp by rivals.com all I see are black HS juniors(class of 2006) running blistering times of 4.3 yards in the dash. Always an annoying trend.Neaves is probably black as well but if someone can figure out if he is white would be appreciated. Only reasonI bring this up is one article said his 4.37 time was a big surprise which might mean he is white, then again who knows. Name again is Ricky Neaves out of Cooper City Florida. Is that the name of his HS too? Hope the dude is white--iImean is it asking too much to have one white guy out of a zillion black guys to run fast at this camp?

Somehow, i think a bunch, probably most of those times are way off. I have seen this happen first hand many times. I've never heard of Neaves though.
Ricky Neaves is white. he ran the 5th fastest time at a nike camp that featured almost entirely black speedsters at the top end.. He ran a 4.37 40. He is 6' and 194 which was bigger than the other speedsters. From Cooper City High being recruited by Pitt etc. Always nice to hear the names ofnew fast white athletes. Another 2006speedster of note is Brody Miller out of twin falls Idaho. He is smallish and will go on an LDS mission but has terrific speed like fellow Idaho athlete Cade Hulbert.

I'll have to keep a watch on Miller out in the Mountain West, or whatever conference Idaho is in.
