I'm trying to find out the last time a white man led the NFL, or either the NFC or AFC, in receiving yardage. If anyone can find an Internet link with a list of the annual leaders going back to at least the 1950s please pm it to me or post here. I'm looking for the yardage leaders, not the leaders in receptions. Thank you.

P.S. We currently have a white man threatening to lead the NBA in scoring and one threatening to lead the NFL in receiving. Who'd have thunkit?!? There must be lots of gnashing of teeth and pulling of hair going on amongst the Caste System engineers!

Pro football reference has a list of all of the Pro-Bowlers stats going back to the 1950's. It also

lists the seasons in which a pro-bowler lead the league in any category.(Seasons among the top 10.) This may help you.

You will have to determine whether the player was white or not from other sources, since there are no pictures on this site.

I will look for other sites.

Thanks. That's a good site for individual players, but I'm looking for a chronological list in this area, otherwise way too much time would be involved if you know what I mean. I know if they're black or white with close to one hundred percent accuracy.

I'm surprised it's been tough to find such a list. But then again the Internet often doesn't have a lot of material from the years before the advent of the Web itself.

Steve Largent lead the League in 1985 with 1287 yards. Before
that, I think you have to go back to Lance Alworth in 1968. After
Largent, the Rap, Hip/Hop culture invaded America and set up the Caste
System.

Pro-football reference actually has a list of league leaders in most
categories including receiving yards for every season. That is
how I found out Largent lead the league in 1985. After him the
NFL put Rice, Bruce, Irvin,

Pro Football Reference works well. Thanks again for guiding me back to a source I've used many times before.

Since the AFL-NFL merger, three times has a white receiver been the league leader in receiving yardage. Steve Largent led in 1985 (1,287 yards) and 1979 (1,237). He fell one yard short in '78.

The other one was Roger Carr, who I knew had an incredible season in '76, but didn't know he had led the league with 1,112 yards. What makes that feat incredible is that he did it with only 43 receptions for the season -- 25.8 yards per catch!

Carr had great speed but was one of those flaky '70s white athletes who didn't always play with great intensity or motivation, attributable to the drug-laden "counterculture" that afflicted white culture at the time and which was in great part responsible for the takeover of the country by Cultural Marxists.

Speaking of Roger Carr, I remember reading that he was so frightened of Howard Schnellenberger, Colt coach in Carr's rookie year, that he almost quit. Another time I readan interview with Carr were he told how cornerbacks would ride him hard for being white and would play him too close because they didn't think he was fast, at first. They did learn to give him a lot of cushion.

By the way, Fred Biletnikoff destroyed mouthy cornerbacks Fred Williamson and Johnny Sample in big games in the late 60's. The Jets had to bench Sample in the 1968 AFL title game. Biletnikoff had 180 yards and 3 TD's that day.
