Incredible parallels to what has been going on in America.
I wonder why it is that whites are the most frequently targeted for "integration?" I was watching CNN last night; they for some reason have a non-American anchor reporting on "Restoring the American Dream." Anyway in the show they talked about the educational process in I think it was Finland Vs. USA and one of the things they said was that Finland is a racialy homogeneous society and that the USA faces educational problems because of the diversity of US classrooms. Quickly followed by a comment that "our diversity is our strength." Anyway the more I read about the actual effects of "diversity" on societal groups; the more confused I become as to academia's continual assertion that diversity is a good thing. If both historical and contemporary examples and studies prove diversity to be divisive; why is it that there are so few academics advocating a more racially homogeneous society? Or is it that they are out there; but just silenced?
The title was meant to say Of not Or.
