When non-Whites make the assumption that all Whites have "blue eyes", it is no different than non-blacks assuming all blacks have rhythm and fugly teeth. Unfortunately, our society doesn't recognize stereotypical mêmes about our own kind.
 
in the netherlands the eye colours of the whites are with mixed eyes not included:brown 44% Blue 39% Green 17% we are near central europe which is germany and I think light eyes are in the netherlands slightly higher then in average of white europeans.
