Quarterbacking by Bill Walsh

Amazingly simple little tip in Vid#2 that would help so many quarterbacks in college football.
Paraphrasing:
"If you reach your third read, you MUST move your feet."

This mythical "clock" that QBs are supposed to keep inside their heads has been one of the worst coaching techniques of the past decade. Nobody is going to count numbers while they're scanning the field for open men. It has led to so much bad quarterback play and hyperinflated D-Line statistics.
Walsh describes it very clearly. The moment your eyes leave your second receiver, it's time to escape, whether you "hear footsteps" or not.
