It could have been worse. At least 5 of the 6 QBs are white.

*looks over the white-scarce roster*

Damn, my standards have gotten low if I'm saying "it could have been worse."

It's disappointing that Jordy Nelson has yet to make it to the pro bowl, he's easily a top 3 Wide receiver.

They never seem to find a white FB to start the pro bowl either: John Kuhn, James Develin, Anthony Sherman etc. Would have been deserving picks. Jordy Nelson IMO is the best receiver in the NFL but the Packers fail to target him like one and it costs him.

Jed Collins from New Orleans is another good one. Problem is, White FBs never get enough touches. Tolbert and Reece are big parts of their teams' offense, so they have the stats. Although, Kuhn seems to get in the end zone a lot, I'm surprised he hasn't made it yet.

Nelson should've gotten in over Fitzgerald or Jackson.

Good to see Poz get in. Suggs only made it on reputation; He did get 10 sacks so I guess you can't argue too much, but I think Kerrigan would've been a better choice.

Is it a new law now that one of the Pounceys has to be in the Pro Bowl, even though they're both pretty average? Tyron Smith, Trent Williams, Duane Brown, Jahari Evans, and Ben Grubbs, all overrated, and definitely not pro bowlers.

Not sure how Wake makes it over Chris Long or Jared Allen. (oh right! DWFs think Allen is washed up, and that Long benefits from having Quinn on the other side).

Burffict, Verner, Reid, McCoy - Good players, but certainly not the best of the best.

Cam Newton... SMH. So how does the 15th best quarterback in the league make the pro-bowl? Romo, Ryan, Roethlisberger, Stafford, and Dalton all had better seasons.

It's not an original idea, they just lifted it from NHL moron/Gary Bettman stooge Brendan Shanahan, who came up with this fantasy draft concept for the NHL All-Star game a few years back -- perhaps 2009?

Personally, I think it's a stupid idea. Of course, the power structure in the NFL picks a pair of "black legends" as honorary captains, so they can glorify these clowns during their lame, televised Pro-Bowl drafts (two nights).

I believe the NHL actually let's current players do it? I would be surprised, with prodding from his midget Marxist boss, if Brendan Shanahan doesn't eventually appoint P.K. Subban and Jerome Iginla as permanent captains for every NHL All-Star going forward.

sumos getting beat multiple times so far, and its only been a few minutes. Yeah it is ridiculous that no White fullbacks are invited. Saints backs didnt look even average until Jed Collins was used more in packages, and he can catch and run when needed. Should have at least Jordy Nelson in there, I would say Decker too, and Welker, since many of these affletes make it on name alone, I know he had a down year but he had a lot of tds, plus if they are going to pidgeonhole him as a slot receivers, and now more guys that are mainly slot receivers, there should be a slot wr, but not many great black ones, who do they have, Davone Bess? Dexter McCluster? (who is in as a punt returner), of course both are playing in the Superbowl but they wouldn't be in there either way.

Ridiculous talk about getting rid of the extra point.

A dream like defensive unit with Watt, Kuechly, Poz& Weddle!

almost, Harrison Smith should have made it, would be nice to see Chad Greenway as an OLB, and Kyle Williams as a DT on the same team. Justin Smith should have been voted in, and he could play DT as well. Of course Jared Allen at DE. Double digit sack season, still has it, and has should have popularity among fans and made it on name alone.

Fitzgerald made it on name alone (didn't crack 1k), Jordan Cameron isn't too far behind at TE

Yessir. I'm glad to see Eric get the nod again. He's a top 3 safety.

Weddle is the one trusted to make fake punt calls. 4th and 2 against the Chiefs in OT was beautiful. He's got the brains as well as the physical abilities.
