Well, I've gotten involved in another thread here at the Stormfront against the assertion that blacks are stronger than Whites. I've posted some good evidence, but I think more Castefootball members need to post there. I mean, if the largest group of racially aware Whites on the web are believing this crap and preaching it, what the Hell is wrong with this picture?

These guys need to know what the see in the NFL is NOT the product of black supposedly being so much more gifted by Mother Nature and Whites being inexplicably gypped by her.

WhiteSavage I read your posts on that link. I don't see how anybody even blacks could think they are stronger then Whites. World's Strongest Man Contest-UFC-Heavyweight Boxing-Powerlifting-Olympic Weightlifting-Pro Wrestling-Olympic Wrestling-Shot Put-Discus-Highland Games.Everything that requires strength is won by White Men!!
Try to get the jock sniffers to get a list of black's that are as strong as; Ken Patera,Paul Anderson,Jon Pall Sigmarsson,Magnus Ver Magnusson,Doug Hepburn,Pat Casey,Bruce Wilhelm and so many others it would be to long to list them all.In the world of STRENGTH- THE WHITE MAN IS KING !!!!

I'd like to see how many of even the most outrageosly roided-out black, or for that matter, White athlete of modern times could bend a horseshoe in the same manner as this young man.

I like that website!!I remember reading of those men-Some say that Louis Cyr was the strongest man that ever lived!! George Hackenschimdt was not only a strong guy but a great wrestler-they called him the "Russian Lion".George Jowett and Charles Atlas both had there own bodybuilding course's,so did Joe Bonomo. Rocky Marciano,Bruno Sammartino and Big Clint Walker [played Cheyenne] all got there start with the Atlas course.

I don't know if the "Old-timers" would destroy Power or Olympic lifters of today in the same lifts, then again, there was no standardization back then, it's hard to make an apples-to-apples comparison. I do know that the very lack of standardization meant their feats of strength were more varied and their strength was thus more versatile and real world usefull. And it was done without steroids.

Thank goodness Strongman competition has revived this sort of Spirit, with an array of variable tests of strength, with endurance, speed, and skill thrown in too.

I have been interested in muscle/power ever since I saw Steve Reeves in "Hercules" back in 1960. The bodybuilders of those days were strong and big but without drugs. Paul Anderson built his strength on basic protien foods like eggs, milk, etc. Reg Park grew up in England during rationing and his parents did all they could to get him the food he needed. Sammartino came to America from Italy when he was 15, very skinny 90lbs. He could not afford meat so he ate eggs, milk, pasta. Same with Doug Hepburn-basic eggs/milk. Seems like the real old timers lived to a ripe old age[with some exceptions]. Hard to believe any man alive is stronger then Paul Anderson was in his prime.
I'd really like to see young White Males get involved in strength training/proper eating. I wanted to move to York, Pennsylvania when I was a young guy and train with Bob Hoffman and John Grimek. Went into the Marines instead. My son who posts on here as SEAN is very strong at 18 he can squat 550lbs. He will be leaving for college in the fall and I'm going to miss him like a right arm!!

Gary, Steve Reeves inspired many a kid to bulk up.

As a kid, I played football but was skinnier than a swizzle stick with barely enough rump to sit down on. I started lifting weights in junior high on the advice of my neighbor who was about four years older than me and a weight lifting fiend. I used the standard eggs and milk routine mentioned. Went from Freshman B-team to varsity starter in two years. Discovered Argenine and BAM! took off from there.

Too many puny and pale white kids out there who need to start lifting, if for no other reason than to get away from the vid games, TV and computer.Edited by: Bronk
