Ya I heard they demolished UCLA I wasn't very sure of the makeup of the team though.
 
They play 4 White athletes at all times. Luke Sikma (Jack's son) comes off the bench to play.
 
Thats great news. I will definitely keep them in mind as a potential spoiler when the bracketes come out in March.
 
they are a fun team to watch.
aside from the black starting point guard (and his Japanese back-up), every player who sees the court is a White athlete who can really shoot the ball. Raivio is a slasher type who would be called a "phenomenal afflete" had he more melanin. oh, and he averaged 8 rebounds a game last year from his shooting guard spot. pretty freaking impressive.
 
It's nice to have another team from the Northwest to root for since the team I became a fan of for the last decade(Gonzaga) is far less white friendly.

I would like to see Portland in the NCAA Tourney, as it looks like they start four whites, and give minutes to two others off the bench.
