Which teams should we be rooting for?

I follow the Cardinals mostly so i'll offer my racial breakdown of their team:

CF - Jon Jay - Mulatto
RF - Beltran - Hispanic
LF - Holliday - WHITE
1B - CraIG - WHITE
3B - Freese - WHITE
C - Molina - Hispanic
2B - Descalso - WHITE / Skip Schumaker - WHITE
SS - Kozma - WHITE (Furcal has been injured)

SP - Lohse - Native American (but could almost pass for white)
SP - Carpenter - WHITE
SP - Wainright - WHITE
SP - Lance Lynn - WHITE
SP - Westbrook - WHITE
SP - Garcia - Hispanic

Closer - Jason Motte - WHITE

Pinch Runner Adron Chambers I think is the only black, other than Jay. Lance Berkman suffered was is likely a career-ending injury.

Over all, I give the Cardinals a solid B for whiteness. They could use a few less Hispanics, but the lack of blacks is good to see.

I'd really like to See the Nationls go the distance, but they are playing my Cardinals unfortunately.

How do the remaining playoff teams fare on a racial breakdown score?

I am familiar with the Tigers.

The leadoff hitter and CF is black: Austin Jackson. Seems like a pretty nice mild mannered guy.

Batting second will be either Quentin Barry, who looks to be a mullatto with an emphasis on the black side, who is a good story, a career minor leaguer (he's 27) who got called up and played with enthusiasm and hustle which has earned him a spot in the bigs. He's 21 for 21 on steals this year. Also seems like a nice kid.

or Andy Dirks, a young White player who looks to be a good one. Hit very well in about half a season of at bats (.330) does everything well: hit, run, throw, could be a very good big leaguer

Triple Crown winner Miguel Cabrera bats third. He's a hispanic guy on the White side of the spectrum who is quiet and has been clutch.

Cleanup all year every game is Prince Fielder, a 300 lb black slugger who, it's clear, loves to play baseball and is pretty good at it.

Delmon Young another american born black (that's 3 in the Tigers line-up which may equal all the other teams put together.) Young has had some personal issues, a minor league suspension for hitting an umpire and the bizzaro world situation of being arrested for calling a NY panhandler a "dirty jew". It is now illegal, apparently to call people names. He is however a low key guy who doesn't show much emotion.

The catcher is Alex Avilla, an american born and raised "hispanic" who is only considered hispanic because of the fierce desire for modern society to label him as such, in the old days he would be just another White guy as he looks like a typical Jersey Shore dude.

The shortstop and 2nd baseman are classic hispanic imports, Jhonny Peralta and Omar Infante, both decent fielders and decent hitters, nothing special. Peralta especially is aging and has lost a step in the field and his average has dropped to below .240.

The Tiger position bench is fairly White, guys like Ryan Raburn, Don Kelly, and Danny Worth will see utility roles and some at-bats. Unfortunately the one White guy who was on the verge of superstar status from last year has had a dreadful season and may not even stick in the majors after this, Brennen Bosch, a personal favorite, has slumped so badly he was not even included on the roster for this play-off series.

The Tiger starting pitchers are all White and all good. Justin Verlander, maybe the best in the business, Max Scherzer maybe the 2nd best in the business, and Doug Fister another very good pitcher. Rick Porcello lost his starting spot as the 4th guy to Anabel Sanchez, a White hispanic late season acquisition that has pitched well of late.

The bullpen is mostly black hispanic featuring set up guy Joaquin Benoit and closer Jose Valverde. White guy Phil Coke will see action as the lefty out of the bullpen.

So the Tigers are pretty bad from a CF perspective. One White everyday player (unless you include Avilla--and the DWF's probably do not). All White starters, black bullpen. Basically the NY Yankees in a cheaper version.

Seems to be that Cincinnati or Washington would be good teams to pull for:

CIN:
Brandon Philips 2B (black)
Zack Cozart SS (White)
Joey Votto 1B (White)
Ryan Ludwick LF (White)
Jay Bruce RF (White)
Scott Rolen 3B (White)
Ryan Hanigan C (White)
Drew Stubbs CF (White)

WAS:
Jayson Werth RF (White)
Bryce Harper CF (White)
Ryan Zimmerman 3B (White)
Mike Morse LF (White)
Chad Tracy 1B (White) (Usually Adam LaRoche, also White)
Ian Desmond SS (Some sort of White-ish mix)
Danny Espinosa 2B (White)
Kurt Suzuki C (Asian)

13/16 white starters between the two, pretty damn impressive considering teams like Detroit.

Baltimore is pretty White friendly while New York is less than impressive.

NYY:
Derek Jeter SS (mulatto)
Ichiro Suzuki LF (Asian)
Alex Rodriguez 3B (hispanic)
Robinson Cano 2B (black)
Nick Swisher RF (White)
Mark Teixeira 1B (White)
Curtis Granderson CF (black)
Raul Ibanez DH (hispanic)
Russel Martin C (mulatto)

BAL:
Nate McLouth LF (White)
J.J. Hardy SS (White)
Chris Davis RF (White)
Adam Jones CF (black)
Matt Wieters C (White)
Jim Thome DH (White)
Mark Reynolds 1B (White)
Ryan Flaherty 2B (White)
Manny Machado 3B (hispanic)

Obviously pulling for a Baltimore upset over the Yankees.

And the two teams not yet covered, Oakland and San Francisco. Oakland looks pretty good and San Francisco has come a long way from its mostly-hispanic teams in the past.

OAK:
Coco Crisp CF (black)
Stephen Drew SS (White)
Yoenis Cespedes LF (black)
Brandon Moss 1B (White)
Josh Reddick RF (White)
Josh Donaldson 3B (White)
Seth Smith DH (White)
Derek Norris C (White)
Cliff Pennington 2B (White)

SF:
Angel Pagan CF (hispanic)
Marco Scutaro 2B (Argentinian White)
Pablo Sandoval 3B (black)
Buster Posey C (White)
Hunter Pence RF (White)
Brandon Belt 1B (White)
Gregor Blanco LF (hispanic)
Brandon Crawford SS (White)

All told, a really solid year for white players in the MLB playoffs. With the exceptions of Detoit and New York, there's a ton to cheer for this year. It should come as little surprise that most of the best teams in baseball employ tons of White players this year.

The Cardinals have to be the most clutch post-season team in baseball history. They did it again last night, scoring 4 runs in the top of the ninth in Washington after trailing 7 to 5 after eight and being down to their last strike again before coming through. I like both teams; there was hardly a black on either roster, but what a thrill kill for the pumped up home fans. The Nationals are young and will have more chances, including having Strasburg available for future playoffs.

Gotta root big time for the Cards to knock off the Giants and then successfully defend their crown against the Tigers or Yankees.

I was also rooting for the Cardinals, in part because I know a lot of Washington sports fans are white leftists working for the the US federal government.

BTW in the Yankees Orioles game I thought Nate McLouth's foul actually hit the foul pole (ie a home run). One of the replays on TBS where they had a blow up of the ball as it passed the pole seemed to indicate a slight change in direction. Wouldn't it be typical of MLB to bring in replays and still get it wrong?

If the Cardinals go all the way they'd become the first wild card team to win the world series.

I was pulling for the Nationals. The media has been hammering the Nats for over paying Jason Werth since he was signed. The Nats pitchers were walking batters left and right, at least once when the bases were loaded. Nothing annoys me more than that. :nono:

I think you can question the Nats managers strategy. It's the deciding game of the series, you had a six run lead and he stuck with the starter far too long. Those walks killed them. He was obviously wild an in that situation you have got to pull out all of the stops to win. Losing a six run lead in the deciding game is ridiculous. I like the Cards but they don't really deserve to be in this position. Played like crap most of the year, got hot late, won a one game playoff, now this.

So it's Cards, Giants, Yankees, Tigers, about the same teams in the finals as the last few years. It would have been nice to see A's, O's, or Nationals move on.

Hoooray! the Cards win! 3 more wins to make the WS!

The Giants sure don't seem to have many whites on the team outside of their SPs and Posey and Pence.

The Jeter worship in the media and from the announcers for the rest of the playoffs should be vomit inducing.

Yet one of the greatest HR hitters at the end of his career like Jim Thome gets little, if any, recognition. If only you were black, Jim, you'd be a legend in the national sports discussions.

The Nationals continue the long tradition of baseball disappointments in the nation's capital. There is no excuse for blowing a 6-0 lead at home- the biggest collapse in the history of MLB elimination games. As was noted, manager Davey Johnson's moves were largely responsible for the loss. Sticking with Gonzalez too long, bringing in the odious Edwin Jackson for no reason, failing to walk Kozma to load the bases and force the Cards to either bat Motte or pinch hit for him, leaving them with their 5th best reliever to pitch the bottom of the ninth.

The Nationals, as I mentioned in an earlier thread, are an extremely white, young team. All their stars are white. Expect this devastating choke job to mess with their team pysche. I believe there will numerous changes during the offseason, resulting in a darkening of the roster, making it more palatable to everyone. We don't want another racist, Joe Morgan rant, do we?

The only good thing about the Nationals' loss is the attemtion it will bring to the inexplicable, idiotic decision to sit Strasburg for the playoffs. Never has any team, in any sport, purposefully benched a star player for an "injury" while the player was perfectly healthy. If they had go with the unproven nonsense about 160 innings, then they should have put him on the 21 day DL mid-season, then brought him back for the stretch run and postseason.

I question the Strasburg thing also. I don't get it. On the surface it seems too altruistic. Sure its nice that the Nats are thinking long term about a young pitcher but really what's in it for them? Even if a player is signed to a long term contract and they expect him to be around awhile chances are he will be dealt before the contract expires. What usually happens is either the guy isn't worth the big money that's downloaded in the later stages of a contract--ie he burns out, gets injured or fades, or else the team wants to go younger and dump salary, or else the guy is really good and wants to renegotiate the deal for the bigger bucks that will be offered in the never ending inflation of athlete salaries. And ends up being traded or going free agent.

Either way looking at long term just isn't in the clubs interest. Near term --yes. They should make sure his arm is okay for next year but pitchers arms are the greatest mystery in sports. Some guys throw hard forever, some guys rip it up playing catch with the kids. The best way to go is monitor pitch count rest when needed but play the guy.

If they were still called the Expos the sudden collapse in game 5 would make all the sense in the world....:dodgy::thumbdown: This club is probably the most snake bitten club in major league history aside from Boston after the trade of Ruth. Yes I don't get this sitting out of club ace for the playoffs over fears of a possible injury. They claimed they monitored his velocity and movement and he showed a "tired" arm, but they could have been more judicious in their usage of him during the season and planned a shutdown like you suggested so that he could be eligible for the post season.

the big story in the national news the last few days is that Afraud was hitting on a white girl in the stands. Obviously this never would have been tolerated in recent days gone by, but nowadays it is not only tolerated, but celebrated and glorified by our depraved media. This non-story is a headliner in the insane world we live in today - all thanks to the anti-white communists who control our institutions and jump with joy at the opportunity to glorify race mixing.

It gives me great joy to see the yankees fall flat on their faces in the ALCS, but I'm not looking foward to the media going orgasmic over Cabrera and that fat ghetto slob Prince Fielder. I won't be watching the WS unless the Cardinals make it, but if they do, i'm glad i won't have to hear the announcers constantly nut hugging Jeter and Afraud.

The story of the Tigers success is their all White pitching staff and how it dominated the Yankees. Cabrera and Fielder were average in the playoffs. Even the main closer turned out to be a surprise, Phil Coke, ex Yankee.

Cards looked pretty bad in their loss yesterday. That's been their story for most of the season. They started off the year with the best record in baseball, but then it was .500 ball most of the rest of the way. A really hot or cold team. When they're on, they blow out the competition by 5-10 runs, but then on other days they can't buy a hit. Let's hope they pull it together after last night's bad showing.

"New" Playoff Set-up was frustrating

and screwed Chipper Jones' in his farewell season. Atlanta won nearly 95 games and they finished only 4-back of Washington in the NL East, and, yet, they are forced to play a do-or-die game where ALL the pressure is on them, period.

I knew Atlanta was going to lose.. and I wasn't ecstatic that Kris Medlen was their starter because his streak was bound to end, especially with the added pressure. Chipper made an error in that game - his final game - and should his career have ended that way? I'm very angry with Major League Baseball. They probably added the "extra wildcard" because the AL tends to be very competitive every year, but the NL is another story entirely. The extra wildcard shouldn't be guaranteed (each and every year) for the NL!! No way.

Here's the standings:

National League East
TeamWLPct.GBHomeRoadEastCent.WestL10Strk
x-Washington9864.605-50-3148-3342-3029-1317-136-4W 2
y-Atlanta (E)9468.580448-3346-3546-2619-1921-137-3W 1
Philadelphia (E)8181.5001740-4141-4033-3924-1619-164-6L 2
N.Y. Mets (E)7488.4572436-4538-4332-4017-2217-195-5W 1
Miami (E)6993.4262938-4331-5027-4518-2019-153-7L 1

National League Central
TeamWLPct.GBHomeRoadEastCent.WestL10Strk
x-Cincinnati9765.599-50-3147-3419-1549-3022-125-5L 1
y-St. Louis (E)8874.543950-3138-4314-2045-3221-157-3W 1

Maybe a team should have to reach 90 wins to be eligible for this 'one-game playoff?' It's clear that the Braves' who built a big record (and wasn't clobbered in their division) was the only team deserving of the postseason outside of the division winners. Heartbreaking for Chipper, Tim Hudson and Atlanta, a team that didn't 'collapse' at the end of this regular season, but another curve ball happens to get tossed their way.....:mmph:

The Sodom Giants start five whites in the field; the Gomorrah Tigers start zero. Both teams have all-white starting pitching staffs, white managers, and jew owners. Their 2012 payrolls are nearly identical ($117.9 million vs. $119.3 million). The Giants top seven salaries are paid to white players, while Verlander is Detroit's only non-white earner in the team's nine most expensive contracts.

The Giants have 5 whites in the field, plus the pitcher (6 out of 9); so two-thirds of their line-up is white.

I would count Avila of the Tigers as white, plus the pitcher (2 out of 9); so less than one-third of their line-up is white.

Personally, I'm rooting for SF.

I believe the Giants ownership group has some Jews, but several non-Jews as well. The biggest shareholder I believe is not a Jew (Charles Johnson).

The COO of the Giants' ownership group is Larry Baer.

Game 1 drew a 7.6 TV rating, the lowest ever for a World Series opener. Just 12.2 million viewers watched, or less than 1 out of 25 Americans. Just think of the desperate straits the one-time National Pastime would be in without all the free publicity propping it up it receives from the corporate media and corporate sponsors.

Checking the 2011 NHL Playoffs thread, the opener of the Stanley Cup finals that year drew a 3.2 rating, with one of the teams being from a non-U.S. market (Vancouver). So the "niche" sport with almost no free PR and hype from the CM media draws almost half as many viewers as MLB's much ballyhooed showcase. Makes one wonder which would be the "minor league" sport if they received equal amounts of media coverage and promotion. Same of course with the NBA vs. the NHL.
