Must suck for caste system fans when the best quarterback to every play the game (that goofy, unathletic white guy Peyton Manning) beats the best post-season quarterback ever (that plain white bread All-American white kid Tom Brady) in the AFC Championship.

Just at the time when the most highly touted black quarterback ever, Ron "Doobie" Mexico, aka Mike Vick, is imploding his career by throwing fingers and trying to smuggle his stash bottle through the friggin' airport.

Yeah, kudos to Lovie Smith and Tony Dungy. We know they'll get the press but only one of them will have ever won the 'big game' when it's all said and done, too.

Marvin Harrison was pretty lousy today. Thank goodness Clark picked up the slack. It sure would be nice if Brady had one of those sure handed receivers like Mike Furrey to catch passes and move the chains. Did you see those eyes -bugging out- on Caldwell? Seriously, I'm not being sarcastic?

The most reliable hands on the field today belonged to Dallas Clark and Heath Evans. The NFL continues to be a joke by maintaining that it employs the best receivers available. 99% of people off the street could catch the two that Caldwell dropped tonight. The vast majority of wide receivers and tight ends should be white.

Caldwell's eyes look like they're about to fall out of his head. I saw a woman, who happened to be black, retract her eyeballs on Guiness Book of World Records.
Maybe that is why he is so bad? He's got bug eyes anyway.

Caldwell was high on something, I'm almost sure of it. Jimmy Chitwood and I were just talking about it and it happened several times during the game. He was off, but I think he was on something too.

Is this the end of the dynasty in Foxboro? Since my Eagles went under last week, I was rooting for the Pats to match Noll's Steelers' feat of 4 SB titles in 6 years (a dynasty that stretched, on my life's timeline, from middle school to my freshman year of college). I like watching sports dynasties unfold BION, as long as the team with the dynasty in progress doesn't have a bully rep. IMO they make for good reading in sports history books. Although I would have felt sorry for Peyton.

It's not only great that Peyton Manning will be playing in the Super Bowl, but how he got his team there -- by outplaying Tom Brady, who rightfully is acknowledged as the best clutch quarterback in football.


Overcoming a huge deficit (21 to 3) and scoring 32 points in the second half (!!!) against the team that's won three of the past five Super Bowls was the stuff of legend. Hopefully Manning and the Colts will complete the deal in the Super Bowl, but even if the Bears win Peyton will never again be such an easy target for the Caste media.

I hope Manning keeps throwing to Clark in the Super Bowl. Harrison the prima donna seems so used to the passing game having great protection from the o-line that he is unwilling or uninterested in adjusting his routes or coming back to Peyton tomake a playwhen Manning is being pressured. Wayne had a mediocre game.

Peter King actually complimented Dallas Clark in his column, as well as criticizing Reggie Bush.

It could be said that Peyton Manning is the prototype of the "White" QB in style of play. He drops back, reads, and throws to the right receiver. Manning has broken the passing records. The fact that he hasn't played in a Super Bowl until now has made it easier to downplay his achievements. If the Colts win with a big game by Peyton Manning, that will be the story of Super Bowl XLI. The best QB's historically do very well in Super Bowl games.

I noticed the rebuff by Harrison of Klecko too. It didn't look too friendly to me. I guess a lineman getting the score over him too fun for Harrison, the "team player" and "all around good guy." Harrison had another average game for himself in the playoffs, which means less than good. He had several pathetic drops, as did Wayne. Maybe Peyton will keep going to the guy with the hot hands, Dallas Clark.
