This guy has been a mainstay at the OLB postion for the Titans for the past few years and always gets the job done. He doesn't have the flashiest stats but will always get you a few sacks(good for a OLB in a 4-3) and is a sure bet for over 80 tackles each year. He is only 26 I think and improving every year and is not that far off from being a Pro Bowl player. Check him out. I Rocky Calmus will be starting full time as well next year.

Ohio St star Donnie Nickey at safety as well. And who can forget star WR Drew Bennett.

I don't think that Jeff Fisher has bought the caste system arguments. I am sure that him being a white DB in the eighties for the Bears, he probably was treated the same as white athletes are treated today. You never hear too much about the Titan players having off the field problems, which gives Fisher a lot less headaches than most NFL coaches.
