Thanks to pushing/passing his socialized health care scheme (& with amnesty for invaders next on the docket), Obongo's ratings continue to nose-dive. If the MSM is reporting his approval at 44%, we can rest assured it's actually around 30-35% (tops). At least more (former) sheeple are awakening.

Obama's Approval Rating Hits New Low

Posted by Tucker Reals

CBS News Poll analysis by the CBS News Polling Unit: Sarah Dutton, Jennifer De Pinto, Fred Backus and Anthony Salvanto.

Last week, President Obama signed historic health care reform legislation into law -- but his legislative success doesn't seem to have helped his image with the American public.

The latest CBS News Poll, conducted between March 29 and April 1, found Americans unhappier than ever with Mr. Obama's handling of health care - and still worried about the state of the economy.

President Obama's overall job approval rating has fallen to an all-time low of 44 percent, down five points from late March, just before the health bill's passage in the House of Representatives. It's down 24 points since his all-time high last April. Forty-one percent of those polled said they disapproved of the president's performance.

More results from this CBS News Poll will be released in Friday's broadcast of the Evening News with Katie Couric, which airs at 6:30 p.m. Eastern.

When it comes to health care, the President's approval rating is even lower -- and is also a new all-time low. Only 34 percent approved, while 55 percent said they disapproved.

Americans are still worried about the economy, with 84 percent telling CBS they thought it was still in bad condition. However, even that high number represents an improvement: nine in ten thought the economy was bad during the last half of 2008 and at the beginning of 2009, when Mr. Obama assumed the Presidency.

Concern about job loss remains high; slightly more Americans now (35 percent) than in February (31 percent) were "very concerned" that someone in their household would lose a job. Nearly six in ten Americans said they were at least "somewhat concerned" about a job loss.

As has often been the case, lower-income Americans tend to be the most concerned about job loss.

This concern is reflected in yet another low approval rating -- this time for the President's handling of the economy. Just 42 percent said they approved of how President Obama is handling the economy, only one point above January's all-time low. Half of the public disapproves.

44% is about as low in the polls as Obama will go. His unanimous black support along with a heavy majority among nonwhites in general will keep him from sinking as low as George W. Bush did. You can add the yuppie liberals and total media support. He might drop close to 40%.

Still, if he is at 42-45% in 2012, he will be in trouble. His backers predicted Obama would soar in the polls after passage. He did go up a few points at first but it flattened out.

Blacks aren't too happy with Obama because he hasn't really done nothing for him. They expected the world from him when he got elected. Someone told me the other day that he could have done something for them in D.C. but he didn't. I don't know what he was referring to. Anyways despite these facts blacks will always support Obama regardless so your point is correct sportshistorian.

The Stimu-theft was designed as a hedge against this eventuality. They've been hoarding those funds (even though they said it was a dire emergency) so that they could dump them all at once just in time for the 2010 elections. The plan is to provide a temporary spike in the economy in order to improve voter outlook (Average American voters are idiots. If CNN tells them that the economy is soaring, they'll believe it). The Dems only need to hold on to a slim majority in both Houses. They've proven that filibusters no longer have any meaning. They'll just create new rules to go around them. They don't really care what happens among the voting public after that. They managed to take over most of the key sectors of the economy in just one year's time. With two more years to do whatever they want, they'll be confident that they can completely Socialize the entire nation quickly enough that elections no longer matter.

I predicted in the Happy Hour 2010 predictions thread that Obama's poll numbers would drop to the Mid-thirties by summer, that prediction is well on it's way to coming true and Dixie's point about what the actual polling numbers may be is a good one. I heard a black conservative analyst on FOX who said Obama's numbers in the black community has dropped seven points from 95% to 88%, still pathetic but some of them are waking up.

You will note that ever since BHO stood up to the Zionists, his popularity rating has fallen. I don't think that is a coincidence! Everyone I know likes him. The few who do not have disappeared. I wonder what happened to them?

I remember playing a political video game back in the late 80's with a friend of mine and being Jessie Jackson the highest I could poll nationally was about 35 percent. No matter what my opponent did I couldn't carry a state. The only area that Jackson could win was the good old corrupt District of Columbia. No doubt that Marion Barry campaigned hard for Jackson and promised a crack pipe and a ho in every pot....

22, thanks for the heads-up. No doubt Obongo will leverage "his" private army against the citizens (probably once he declares martial law...post false-flag op).

I'm sure this is a repeat, but affirmative action is also in the Healthcare bill.

snip}

On page 881-882 the bill states: "In awarding grants or contracts under this section, the Secretary shall give preference to entities that have a demonstrated record of the following: . . . Training individuals who are from underrepresented minority groups or disadvantaged backgrounds."Â￾

Kaptain Poop,

Sir, I'm a bit familiar with this type of thing. These companies (especially in construction) have long since devised methods of getting around this stuff. Remember, people in private industry are always smarter than those in government.

I think the puppetmaster plan for Obama to install all the unpopular policies that the PTB have always desired and still get re-elected to make sure these policies continue and that he achieves dictator-like status. The GOP will throw another election by putting up another pathetic candidate in combination with a GOP tea-party candidate splitting the desenting majority. That's the plan. The fight for control is the tea-party is still on-going. Lets hope our side wins.

The best thing that can happen is that the election becomes racially polarizing. A white party may emerge from all of this. Minorities have are already polarized and always have been for the Democrat party. Whites need to find their own party.

Obama winning in unpopular fashion almost completely via the minority vote could polarize whites. Or, him losing could set-off black riots further waking up whites. Either way, their time is running out and they know it. Radical policies will be the way of Obama. Healthcare was just the start.

Ready Reserve Corp? Sounds like they are creating a shadow government whose dictates will be enforced by a gang of thugs.
Isn't that FEMA's job?
