Here is a guy that really seems to be on the side of white QB's. He was the first to recognize that Jay Cutler was a elite quarterback and tried to convince the Titans to pick Leinart over Young. This guy understands what it takes to be a good quarterback. Fortunatly he is not white so he can not be accused of racism just because he talks up guys like Cutler. If there is anyone who is the most anti-caste of all offensive cordinators its gotta be the Titians own Norm Chow.

Let's hope that Chow can influence Young to throw to Drew Bennett more often than McNair has!

The only positive thing about Young being picked by the Titans is that McNair seems to want to be traded more than ever now. Supposedly he will go to the Ravens. This means that Billy Volek will be the likely starter at the start of the season while they try to teach someone who probably would legitmately qualify as mentally retarded the intricacies of reading an NFL defense.
