Don, I'd like to see him easily surpass 1,000 yards on the season. This year, for instance, he will crack 1,000 but barely. His yardage total will most likely be lower than last. I feel he can do better because he has the talent to do so.
He's on a team with a terrible o-line, and one that has an over-priced ballhog primma donna, yet he still put up very good numbers again. Last year there was universal wailing and gnashing of teeth because he was Miami's number one receiver, but he came through and finally earned some grudging respect. This season Mike Wallace was supposed to have the big numbers while Brian's declined, but yet again Hartline far exceeded the expectations of the media and DWFs. He's been a real success story, but I don't know how much better he can be. Even here we weren't big on him when he played at Ohio State, the way we were about say Ryan Swope last year and Jared Abbrederis this year. Hartline's defied the odds and is having a very nice career, so let's not nitpick him. :icon_wink:
