I don't think Bigunreal means that Flynn and Kolb are faking their injuries. Their teams are "faking" their injuries or blowing them way out of proportion so they can sit them out.

that would still mean those White qbs are in on the conspiracy, because they are going along with what the teams are saying. All they would have to do is say "I am not injured" Flynn could say "my elbow hurts but I can play through it just fine without further damaging it." or if nothing is wrong with them, just come out and say they are 100 percent fine. Sure he might get some flak and they would have to get team doctors to lie to make them look poorly, but it would make things much harder for them to get the black quarterbacks a shot to start.
