What is astounding to me over the last 25 years is races such as this where every other competitor is black the white guy still dominates. I wonder if quality is better than quantity?

I can't believe how freely his body moves - so fluid and synchronised and seen clearly on his "rejoicing" run up the track afterwards. I sincerely hope this technique translates later over the open age high hurdles

he is an amazing hurdler, very smooth with good fluid arm movements. It will be interesting in how he performs outdoors this year. I will say when he talks he is bit feminine in his demeanor.

he's not exactly a new find, having made the London olympic final with a 44.97 at 19, but now at Stanford his athletics takes a second place to his medical studies although he still finds time to compete.
It was good to read his mini biography - he obviously has lots of talent judging by his entry into 400 running

He just ran a 10.42 PB at the Scottish University Championships.
I think he is a freshman.

17 yr old Henrik Larsson of Sweden ran 10.21 at the Swedish National Championships.
There are several young European sprinters breaking through - Larsson, Volko, Tortu, and Purola.

This video is from 2016 and this kid from Sweden beat Samuel Purola. Henrik Larsson now has a p.b. in 2018 of 10.28 and he is still only 18 years of age. The blonde bullet from Sweden!
