New DNA test

This article is quite interesting. Apparently law enforcement is prepared to sacrifice people's lives in order to keep from acknowledging racial differences.

Couldn't someone bring a lawsuit against a police department for this? I mean if the department refuses to use the test and puts people's lives in danger because they are looking for the wrong guy wouldn't that open them up for a huge lawsuit?

"If I could press a button and make this technology go away I would" sayeth the black lawyer at the end of the article. Funny they don't mind when DNA is used to prove innocence.

The race-deniers' main concern has never been truth. Forget public safety. A couple hundred white lives per year is a just sacrifice to their god of egalitarian liberalism.

The black prosecutor expresses dismay that science proves we don't "all bleed the same blood." I'm glad that knucklehead is not my serologist. He demostrates the folly of affirmative action in government employment. Yet, there are may whites whose modus operandi and attitude is as bad or worse.

White liberals, as we see every day, would rather pour $$ billions into failed social programs than admit racial differences in intelligence and temperament. Continually, we learn of some instrument of truth, facts, evidence, intentionally hidden or obscured because someone is concerned it might "give aid and comfort to racists." When the ruse is discovered, there is never an apology or admission of guilt. All is forgiven and forgotten, so as not to vindicate "racists."

The rub here is that this particular test is a diagnostic tool for law enforcement. It will reveal nothing about the traits of different racial and ethnic groups in itself. ( Though analysis of a sufficient bank of results my indeed indicate that certain groups are more prone to commit certain acts.)All this tool will do is give a genetic profile of the individual whose DNA is recovered from a crime scene. from this a composite sketch can be made as to what the individual looks like. In this particular case it eventually changed the direction of the investigation as everyone knew only white men are serial rapist -killers. So the investigators were seeking a non-existent white male.
Obviously this black prosecutor would rather see black on white violence go unpunished than have this tool available. Perhaps he feels he already knows what the of the bank of information this tool will eventually produce will reveal.
