This article is quite interesting. Apparently law enforcement is prepared to sacrifice people's lives in order to keep from acknowledging racial differences.
Couldn't someone bring a lawsuit against a police department for this? I mean if the department refuses to use the test and puts people's lives in danger because they are looking for the wrong guy wouldn't that open them up for a huge lawsuit?
