Never Ending Jeter Worship is too Much to Take

Gag me with a f***ing spoon. The MSM just will not stop kissing this *******'s a##! It's sickening. I couldn't even watch the all star game last night, it was just too much.

This ***** is worshipped for a career .311 average? And the most HRs he ever hit in a year was 24 (while leading the league in plate appearances). It's disgusting. The guy was good, but way way overrated. Just like with Tiger Woods, the media just latches on to black athletes that it adores and just doesn't let go.

Proof enough of the caste system can be found by comparing the treatment of Jim Thome with the endless Jeter worship. No big advertising conracts for Thome. No All Star game dedications. No farewells to one of only a handful to hit 600 HRs. Just a swift kick in the ass out the door by the media and DWFs. Jeter serves the media agenda of promoting non-whites and race mixing. Unfortunately Thome does not. If Thome had a black wife then maybe just maybe he would've gotten some media attention.

Great post!! I feel the same way. Jeter shouldn't have been elected to the all star game, he didn't deserve it. A white player at the same stage of his career with similar stats would have been completely ignored. And you are right, compare this over the top worship with the near complete silence of the career of Jim Thome.

But also as you mentioned the whole point is that Jeter fulfills the agenda of the culty marxies: mixed race, considered black, a whore in his personal life, played in the PC capital of the empire, and so far has not killed anyone or been caught with a crack pipe, not that that would change much, but still they can sell him to the old stupid white 'mericans, as a "nice" boy.

...and yes Jeter very overrated. He only led the league 3 times in 2 stats. Twice in hits where he led the league in plate appearances as you mentioned ks5000 and once in runs. Nothing else worth mentioning.

He did bat .349 one season and has stolen 354 of 450 bases for a 79% rate, but never led the league in any of those 2 categories.

Even some "Un-Awares" (racially) were criticizing the Jeter worship, although they think it's solely because he's a Yankee. That is part of it, but his racial status (male mulatto offspring of a black baby daddy and white mudshark) is the bigger reason. That particular racial status is #1 on the Marxist worship list.

To me his career can be summed up by longevity. He has over 3,000 hits which is probably his biggest accomplishment, but he's played for 20 years. 150 hits/year is all you have to average to get there.

Only led the league 3 times in 2 stats. Runs once and hits twice. I would rate him above average and overrated!

As far as being white, refer to ks5000 first post on this thread about Jim Thome and how he was treated. Thome a white player who hit over 600 HR's!

That's a good point, and it makes me wonder how much of the praise directed at Dirk Nowitzki (one of the few white athletes to receive large amounts of positive attention from the media) is due to the fact that he has a black wife.

Just wondering, not taking anything away from Dirk's accomplishments on the court.

The media praise Dirk has received, such as it is, didn't change after he got married.

As for Jeter, there are intangibles such as leadership and the number of World Series winners he was on, that factor in. His career is somewhat of a throwback to the great Yankees teams of the past when they won the World Series with a regularity that has never been equaled in any other sport. Jeter's a sure first ballot Hall of Famer no matter his race; the number of hits he has alone qualifies him. Of course the media attention is over the top for the usual reasons but let's not denigrate his career because of it.

No disrespect meant to Jeter and his accomplishments. The problem I have is not with Jeter, but with the media talking heads who were worshipping him to the point where it sounded like they were trying to make him bigger than the game. No one should be, and no one is, bigger than the game.
