The topic is about how does multi-racialism affect the team cohesion, how is does it affect the locker room? The trigger for this topic has been yesterday's article in the supposedly "conservative" Daily mail about the English U-20 team. Based on their segregation off the pitch, one wonders how does such a multi-kulti team function on the pitch and how does this affect their performance and the team cohesion?
