Most anti white team in England

Hi,guys which team has been generally most anti white team in England starting from 2000s
I felt arsenal started this trend of importing countless and average black players, or was it some other team.
 
Portsmouth started 10 blacks about a decade ago and then bombed out of the Premier League.
 
There's a team in Germany Rp Leipzig it has also loads of these.
 
Very sad what happened to the Premier League and Western European national times in so short a time.
 
An interesting contrast, the team with an Arab owner (Manchester city) is the whitest of the big ones (Consistently puts 7 to 9 white players out of 11, And the main stars are white, Rodri, Foden, Haaland, De bruyne) , while those with white American owners (Chelsea And Liverpool) are among the most blackened of the big ones.

Even Paris Saint-Germain, well-known for being tied to Qatar, has been very White-friendly under Arab ownership in that it has a strong tendency of signing players from Italy and the Iberian world.

The 23-24 season represented an outlier for the club when it signed multiple black players of French citizenship.

Probably bc those arabs know that it was the death penalty to refer to muhammad as anything but white! Ie sahih muslim 6071
