I have noticed that a number of black players seem to put an emphasis on looking cool over performance. Donovan McNabb is an example,I think. When it is time to lead a team with enthusiasm and confidence, as Garcia did last year, McNabb seems to put more importance in smiling, jiving and makin' it real, if you know what I'm say'in. Anyone remember Willie Beamon (spelling?)in, "On Any Given Sunday?" The lesson was that hard work, fundamentals and an appreciation for the history of the game mattered? Are we talking white values? I think so.

I think McNabb is a fat lazy slob more than anything else. The guy has talent, there is no denying that, but he also has times where he just doesn't show up mentally or physically prepared to play. He looks like a loafer and I think that is what comes out when you see him standing around. The guy blew up in the Superbowl for cripes sakes. What kind of athlete can't put in a little bit of extra effort to be in shape for the biggest game of his career? But then again the guy is never in shape and is never healthy as a result and doesn't even seem like he cares. He would rather use race cards and other forms of criticism to his teammates who call out his shortcomings. If this joker keeps his act up he is going to have to rely on the generosity of the caste system to old black quarterbacks to keep his career going for much longer as a starter.

The Jaguars black quarterback, David Gerrard, seems to play very well whenever I've watched him. Oddly enough, I've never seen him in anything besides a Crohn's disease add.

From Dan Patrick's weekly column in this week's Sports Illustrated: "Joe Montana told me that he wouldn't have put up with Terrell Owens's petulance. If Owens complained about not getting balls thrown his way, as he's done with Jeff Garcia and Tony Romo, Montana said, 'I would have pulled out the video and said, Here's why I don't throw you the ball. You can't catch. And I would have done it through the media like he did to Garcia'."

I like the old school attitude of Montana. Romo should take a hint from Mr. Cool. The Primadonna crybaby attitude in the NFL is only getting worse. I don't see significant improvements happening anytime soon with this culture of appeasing blacks; especially black athletes.

I do see small improvements on the horizon for white offensive skill players coming though. There is just too much information available to completely hide the discrimination going on on the internet. Youtube has tons of highlights showing fans that whites indeed measure up to these positions. Also, the FBS is now recruiting at least a few more white WRs and RBs than they did before which can only move upward to the NFL if it moves anywhere. For some reason CB is not improving though...

Heck, it's hard convincing you that white guys should be CB's.

Well, maybe statistically about 30% of CB should be white, given a level playing field, considering the better on average straight line speed of blacks over whites....

One of the most appalling things about the USSA is the large number of useless eaters (tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands?) who are paid to lure law abiding citizens into committing crimes they wouldn't otherwise commit. I mean, Joe Montana???

Lawyer: Joe Montana refused to cooperate in FBI sting

NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Joe Montana declined to be part of a fake investment scheme when an undercover FBI agent tried to lure Montana into a sting, reports Phillip Matier and Andrew Ross of the San Francisco Chronicle.

The FBI agent, posing as a real estate agent, contacted Montana during an investigation of California state Sen. Leland Yee and Chinatown tong leader Raymond “Shrimp Boy” Chow. Yee was one of more than two dozen people arrested in a federal corruption probe involving bribery and weapons dealing.

According to the report, the agent set up a meeting in efforts to discuss a possible investment in Montana’s planned hotel development next to the San Francisco 49ers’ new stadium in Santa Clara, California. Montana had signed a term sheet with the city to develop a 200-room hotel, offices and a restaurant on 9.5 acres next to the stadium.

Last month, the paper reported that the FBI looked into Montana, who retired after the 1994 NFL season, and dropped its inquiry when it came up empty.

More from the San Francisco Chronicle:

“It shows the deepest lack of judgment I can imagine,” James Brosnahan, an attorney involved in the Yee case, said. “The agent presented himself as an honest businessman who wanted to invest in Montana’s hotel,

He said he didn’t know if the agent was wearing a wire when he met with Montana a couple of years back at a South Bay restaurant, though the feds regularly did that during the investigation that resulted in the indictments in March of Yee, the now-suspended state senator from San Francisco, and 28 others.

Federal prosecutors especially dream of The Great White Defendant, but as Don wrote, Joe Montana?
