Main is one of the top pitching prospects in high school for this upcoming draft in June. I hope he fails. Why? Because he has terrific speed--6.4 60 yard dash and he can play outfield if pitching doesn't work out. His speed will be hidden as a pitcher.

Keep your fingers crossed that Main, a notable player in the upcoming MLB draft(June) ends up playing CF instead of pitcher. He is a real 5 tool athlete and runs extremely fast--4 seconds flat home to first from the righthanded side of the box. I think he is coverted back to just hitting leftie but what a waste to see this terrific athlete end up being a pitcher. The buzz is he will be drafted higher as a pitcher--ie more money up front but his long term potential might be better served as an outfielder. 50 -50 they say on which way teams will develop him. Lets hope his pitching mechanics fall apart. I think the kid enjoys being an everday player. If he was black they would all have him as an outfielder at this point no questions asked.
