Marquez is very skilled, hopefully Mike's youth and aggression will wear him down. Once he gets close he has to swing to Marquez's body

Marquez such a sharp boxer though.

Oh well. Michael made it a war and it was a quick stoppage. Now we know that Katsidis is very good but will never be an elite level fighter judging form the Marquez, Diaz and Casamayor fights.

All of sudden Mike gets tanked! I think it was premature but it was not looking good the last 30 seconds of that round.

Good showing for MIke, but Marquez is a true HOFer. Can't win them all.

Katsidis needs to learn a curve ball to go with his hard fast ball. I wish he got an American trainer that taught him how to box a bit. In his two biggest losses he has been counter punched to death and walked into bombs because he he can't rest on the outside. When Gatti was at his best his game was much more balanced than this guys game is currently.

Marquez wins by 9th round stoppage, he landed 36 punches to Katsidis' 9, causing the ref to stop the fight. Gallant effort by Katsidis, but he was simply outclassed by a truly great fighter.

Mike is 30 and has been in a lot of wars. I hope he gets a few nice paydays and leaves the game with his health.
