Does anyone know the B/W ratios of the U.S. team that started and ended this game? I would normally rely on Rebaljo to do this, but I doubt he watched this game, or even cared about it.

Highlander - I would gladly have provided the breakdowns, mate, but I've been sick as a dog and have spent a large chunk of the last few days either asleep or listlessly slumped in a chair. Unfortunately, my health has been less than robust this year and this has been my second hefty bout of illness since the beginning of March

. I have checked the forum, but haven't been posting - I literally conked out following my last posts a few days ago.

Anyway, I'm thoroughly disgusted by the predictably uncivilised behaviour of the border jumping bean eaters. The entire Spanish-language presentation bullsh*t was a blatantly provocative disgrace. I'm glad that Tim Howard actually vented his frustration in public (not that it will ultimately make any difference...).

We have similar problems here in Australia, albeit on a smaller scale (for now...). Whenever Australia plays at home, the relevant "ethnics" come out of the proverbial woodwork to cheer the opposition and rabidly boo the Socceroos. Pisses me off to no end.

If Australia plays Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Greece, Italy or New Zealand at anything, one can guarantee that a huge proportion of the crowd shall support the opposition. I don't mean to antagonise fellow Whites - I'm simply telling it how it is. If the opposition is China, Japan, Korea, Turkey, Lebanon (or any other Arabs, for that matter), Iran, India, Sri Lanka, Samoa or Tonga it's even worse. When it comes to football, the same can be said about South Americans, especially Chileans, Brazilians, Argentines and Uruguayans who are all here in quite large numbers.

Australia played Serbia in a friendly in Melbourne on June 7. So what happened? A heap of "Serbian Australians" (doubtlessly born in Australia) turned up in Serbian colours and some of them unfurled banners calling for the release of Ratko Mladic:

Regardless of one's opinions about the Bosnian War this is Australia, not Serbia or some bloody Republika Srpska. If they wish to engage in this manner of "patriotism" they are obviously in the wrong country. Look at the clowns in the photo below:

I'll wager that the majority of their grandparents migrated to Australia, yet they still support Serbia. This begs the classic question, namely: if they love Serbia so much, why the hell are they (and their families) living in Australia? But I believe that we all know the answer to that one, don't we, for it is the same reason everyone from a "poor nation" wants to live in the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom...
