The Fat Albert sounding guy in the background is hilarious, could someone tell me how Boling doesn't have any Texas twang at all? He sounds like he has no discernible accent, beyond a generic North American accent.
What's most interesting about his training/workout video, is that he is still training as a 400m runner, despite having switched events to the 100m.
So he has a lot of strength/endurance, but is probably not doing the kind of speed training that most 100m runners do.
To me that says there is still room for a lot of improvement in his 100m.

It was also rainy before the event started. It could slow down the times alot tonight. He did the long jump but Matthew still has
3 more events to run today including the 100 meters. How does this kid find the energy? Good luck to Matthew Boling tonight!

OMG! What an incredible time from an shy humble 18 year old superstar. I'm in awe of this kids talent and positive attitude on life. I have found a new favorite sprinter! Congrats to Matthew Boling
on a very well deserved state title in the long jump and 100 meters so far with 2 events left. The kid is amazing!

To be honest he didn't have the best of starts. Yet with the rain earlier, fatigue and a bad start he still runs a wind legal 10.13! What more can we say? Absolute legend we have here! Congrats

So Boling won the Long Jump, the 100m, and the 4x400m relay.
However his team was DQ'd in the 4x100m.
So his school took 2nd place overall in the meet.
If their 4x100m relay team hadn't been DQ'd, they would have won the team championship.
Still it was a great effort by Boling, and he will surely be the HS Athlete of the Year.

They have things that they love and they cannot stand whites excelling in what they consider their sports. You see the same thing when they talk about Christian McCaffrey
or even Luka Doncic. They hate white superstars excelling and disproving what we all know is a stereotype. They don't want whites to even think they can compete. Not all but
many of them have this pack mentality. Pretty sad and disgusting behavior.
So it doesn't suprise me that none of the competitors were happy for him. They are jealous of and many of them hate the kid. I fear for his safety. I know Hannah Cunliffe was bullied
and I hope it doesn't happen to Boling as he is the nicest most humble kid you will ever see!

I was confused by this as Trentavis Friday has the "national record" at 10.00 but he did this post graduation before he enrolled in college. So technically it's not a high school record, there are some probable bitter Black nationalists that have been trying to troll Boling because he is a 5th year senior but I doubt these same morons mentioned anything about this technicality 5 years ago.
