I felt so bad for him.I know how bad he wanted to win a medal in front of his home country.Matt still has a chance to leave a mark internationally.He is a 5 time Australian National Champion over 100 meters.I'm hoping he can add a few medals and approach a sub 10 a few more times.I really think he still has a chance to acheive this goal and so does his coach.Thanks for the update on him and his family.Please keep us posted and good luck to you in your Masters Running.

I am hoping that Shirvo is ready to suprise some people this summer.Coach Lester insists that he will be a threat.Shirvo seems to be quite popular worldwide.People really want to see him do well after all that he has went through.He is such a likeable guy.With no major championships this summer,there is no pressure.Hopefully Matt can just go out there and let it all hang out.He needs to prove it to himself that he can run like he did from 98-2000.I believe he can!Good luck to Shirvo this summer!
