That gives Uconn 2 white running backs De Lorenzo and Deiana both are not big enough to be made in to full backs and both have the talent to start as freshman. I hope like hell they both end up playing next year.Edited by: White Power

I expect Frey to be the man next year though WP. Frey had a great yards per attempt this past season. Hopefully DeLorenzo and Deiana will have a big role in the future at UConn though.

Frey won't be at UConn next year, as documented here.
with regards to Matt Deiana, i'd really like to see his 10- and 20-yard splits. when he plants his foot and he hits the gas pedal, he really accelerates. his long speed doesn't really seem to be elite, but his acceleration is impressive.
