Manu Ginobli

Manu had another big game today against the Miami Heat.
He constantly takes guys off the dribble with ease.He
is very fast and can almost always take the ball to the
basket.He juked several defenders and took it right at
Shaq.He had 23 points.I would love to see this guy in a
one on one tounament.He can play with anyone.If he will
a little more selfish like most players,he would easily
score 25 to 30 points a night.

Yep, I've been listening to the Spurs play lately, and their announcers are always talking him up. It is good to hear for a change.

Did anybody see O'Neal forearm Ginobili on the chin?
Apparently everyone watching the game saw it- except the
refs, of course. And that block at the end didn't look clean
either. Maybe I should re-think my views on NBA officiating....

Hey JD074,do you think that Ginobli could be really
competetive in a one on one tournament.The more I watch
him the more I like him.He has it all.He can stroke the
3 pointer or take you off the dribble and dunk it on you.
He also gets steals all of the time.He is a very good
defender.I think he will put on a show in the limited
minutes he gets in the All Star Game.Watch for him to
do something special.He reminds me alot of a player from
the Warriors around 12 years ago by the name of Sarunus
Marciallonus.I know I butchered his name by he was
outstanding.He could take anyone off the dribble and was
very tough.Ginobli has star written all over him.We need
alot more players with his style.Mike Miller should have
been as good but seems to have lost the confindence he
had in college.Sura is a slasher.I hope we see alot more
players getting more aggressive.

The only way the refs might ever make the right calls is if these guys can kick the tails of whoever they are playing, and I mean every game. I know they can't win all the time, but if they can prove themselves enough, the refs might give em a littl respect. Then again, they may not because we're in the Caste System.

i swear shaq had to be the stupidest player in all of sports. they had an interview with him an i couldn't understad one word he was saying. yet the announcer was tring to do his best to amke him sound intelligent. this guy must have been the biggest kid on the little yellow bus in high school.

Did you guys see the play that Manu made this weekend against the Rockets? ESPN showed it quite a bit yesterday. It was simply amazing. He was the leading scorer (18) for the Spurs in that game, with Brent Barry getting 9 of his 17 in the fourth quarter. Good to see two white guys leading the way, and in such style!

Another good game for Ginobli.He has done an excellent
job of keeping the Spurs winning even without Tim
Duncan in the lineup.Manu is the 2nd best player on the
whole team and a great leader.
