Your race is your country. Blood ties trump any concept of "nation" which are just lines drawn by a politican on a map. If you have any questions about this ask a black person they can explain it to you in clear terms as they understand the concept while many whites do not.

That's exactly how I see it too.

I reviewed round 7. It's on youtube right now. I counted 4 clean right hands that Ngoudjo landed in 3 minutes - and some punches behind the head when they clinched.

Ngoudjo was hitting Malignaggi with deliberate rabbit punches whenever he had the opportunity, and should have been deducted points for it. I wonder if that affected Paulie, because he seemed more mentally alert in the first few rounds. Rabbit punches cause you to become disorientated.

They ought to hire me as Malignaggi's trainer. First of all, I know how to tie a shoelace. Then I'd have him lift weights so he doesn't punch like a girl. And then I'd have him start acting like a White man.

Werewolf, I don't think weights are what Malignaggi needs.

Malignaggi's forte is his hand and foot speed. He won the fight because of it. Extensive weight training will either make him put on weight or tense his arms and slow him down. If he puts on weight he'll have to fight even bigger men than he is fighting now and he will have even less power. If his arms become more toned and tensed as a result of extensive weight training he'll be slower and experience more arm fatigue during longer fights and his punch count will fall. No, more weight training isn't going to give him more punching power and make him punch less "like a girl", as you say.

Have you ever heard of Mark Breland? He was a black American boxer who won a gold medal in the '84 Olympics. He had a bean pole body which he wasn't too proud of as he covered up immediatly after fights. He was undefeated as an amateur and won a good many pro fights as well on his way to the top. He wasn't perfect by no means but he made the most out of nothing -and I mean nothing- by using good technique. Breland looked emancipated but he still was able to punch with some power.

Why have I brought this guy up? Breland is a good example of how good technique can go far. Malinaggi needs to bend more at the knees and push from the floor. He needs to "sit on his punches": when he power punches. He runs around and flails and that is why he has no power. You know something about weightlifting. When a weightlifter wants to clean more over his head he bends his knees and springs the weight up. A similiar idea is employed in boxing. The punch has to come from the entire body. A good example of an active boxer with this type of technique is a man you love to go to bat for: Ricky Hatton. Watch Hatton's short, compact, piston-like punches. He has laid a lot of welts with those!

Very good post, but I think that it is now pretty much recognized that the old adage about weight training slowing down an athlete is not necesarily true as long as it's done sensibly, and most athletes do a lot of weight training, but perhaps I should say strength training instead - pushups, chinups, etc., not necessarily iron weights

That was the first time I saw Mal., and I was totally underwhelmed and I thought he was lucky not to get KO'd, and I thought the negro got robbed. Now he's talking about fighting Hatton? I don't think he even wants to be in the same country as Hatton let alone the same ring.

And while I'm praising bongonians, the referee did a good job, the opposite of the bent ref in the Hatton fight.

Canada, like most white countries, is being invaded by the third world. Montreal is particularly being heavily invaded by negroes. Huge sections of it are now Black. Aside from THEIR usual reasons of just trashing western civilization, they also help trash the Quebec inependence movement by the invasion.

As for M'Bongo, or whatever its name is, being all smiles and loving Canada so much, yeah, first generation, that's the way it always is. Don't worry, the second generation will be cakewalking down the streets and raping and robbing and murdering and just doing what comes naturally to negroes. You can be sure the first negroes that moved into Harlem in NYC were all charming and friendly and had big toothy smiles, too.

Exactly.

Then you can show him how to throw hissy fits and accuse everyone of being an agent of Zion when things don't go his way.

Didn't you pledge not to post on this "zionist front" board and pleaded to be banned just a few weeks ago?

Jaxvid: Our race is our country.

This is true for blacks and whites but we whites have countries too -but were losing them.
