Sad and disappointed to see Lebedev lose. But you know, that's life and we can't win them all. White boxers hold about 33% of all world titles in the sport of boxing, the largest of any race, and that's an amazing achievement, especially compared to the 1980's or 1990's. We can't win them all though, and at times, results like this happen. That's boxing, and that's life in general.

I give full credit to Lebedev tonight, he gave his all and it was a brave performance. I thought he was winning the fight, 97-93, or maybe 96-94 at the time of stoppage. Jones had a big round 5 and Lebedev was hurt bad but showed remarkable resolve to win rounds 6, 7, and 8. Lebedev landed some huge punches, but Jones had a great chin and took them well.

Lebedev was fighting with a closed eye from round 5 onwards, and obviously that impacted his ability to fight to his best. I do think that had Lebedev not injured his eye, he would possibly have won the fight.

Jones is extremely tall (he looks 6'4", or 6'5", thats massive for a cruiserweight), has extremely long arms because of his height, and he showed an excellent chin. Lebedev hit him with everything but the kitchen sink and this guy just kept walking forward. Even though Jones won, he took by far the worse punches in the fight. Lebedev must have landed 30 or 40 flush hooks and left hands on his chin.

The British commentary was horrible, bunch of wigger try hards who had the fight even at time of stoppage 95-95 and were clearly favouring the Negro.

As a final point, I hope that Lebedev heals his eye OK! I think the reason he lost the fight was his eye. Its unlucky and unfortunate. He couldn't see the punches coming and it severely impacts your fight when you have one eye closed. Actually, in the interest of his health perhaps the fight should have been stopped sooner.

Had I been in Lebedev's corner, I probably would have stopped the fight earlier. His eye was badly banged up and it's not worth it to injure yourself over a fight. I hope Denis is OK and makes a good recovery!

Lebedev gave a brave performance and I think the result would have been different had he not injured his eye.

Sad to miss the fight, even more disappointed to see Lebedev stopped by the ref, anyone have the official scores at the time?

Not just because of his height. Full-blooded Negroes like Jones have proportionately longer arms like apes.

John Rawlings is one of the absolute worst boxing commentators, he's always extremely biased in favor of his beloved Negroes.

Even the Jewish SKY commentator Jim Rosenthal is less biased against Whites than Rawlings, and sometimes gives credit where it's due.

Huck or Wlodarczyk would tame this wild specimen. Lebedev was winning but had the unfortunate cut/closed eye an also tried to KO Jones early. A measured pace would work better.

One evolutionary step removed from the jungle.

Chudinov's result (TKO over Brewer) is superb. Ive seen Chudinov fight before, and he always puts on a great show! Caught the highlights of his win, great fight, and he's a great fighter :)

Lebedev would beat him no problem in a rematch, he was out boxing him even with one eye, was starting to win the power battle hurting Jones badly in Rd. 7&8 and putting him on the back foot. In the rematch he could box for a decision, but I think he has the ability to stop Jones, a few more solid shots in the 7th and he would have been on the canvas. Jones chin is granite but the accumulation of jaw breaking shots was getting to him, a testimony to Leb's power.

This is all providing he still has vision in both eyes of course.

Guillermo Jones refuses to take post fight drug test after the fight with Lebedev;

http://www.boxingscene.com/guillermo-jones-refused-take-post-fight-drug-test--65646

I'd also like to note that the Negro Jones has a confirmed history of PED use. On the British telecast today, it was stated that in the early 2000's Guillermo Jones tested positive for steroids following one of his bouts. I beleive it was his bout with Johnny Nelson, though Ive been unable to confirm that as of yet.

The British announcers stated that during the telecast today.

I was surprised at how Jones was able to take the flush shots of Lebedev (a notorious puncher) and keep coming at such a high energy pace. If he was using steroids it would certainly help to explain that.

There is no excuse for failing to submit a post fight drug test and it comes off as very suspect, particularly when the boxer in question does indeed have a past history of steroid use.

Lebedev may have sustained a serious injury to his eye that will impact his career, because of a man taking steroids and essentially cheating his way through the fight.

I hope they withhold his purse if he refuses the test. That's breach of contract on his part.

He probably was "hopped up" on stimulants. If you watch his energy levels throughout the fight it was super human for a 40 plus fighter who was inactive and always shows up with moobs and a beer gut. If he fails a drug screen Lebedev retains his title, similar to Ruiz against Toney.

What did this guy weight during the fight? 240lbs? Disgusting this negro giant was allowed to fight at cruiserweight.

I don't get why everyone is getting upset, no matter how big he was, he made the weight without breaking any rules. Yes he was a big lumbering oaf, but that didn't stop him getting his face smacked around, it's a shame about Lebedevs eye and I really was gutted, but I didn't see any unfair physical advantage, Lebedev was bossing the fight.

I knew fat ass "William" would fail this test. No way a guy who couldn't get through training camps because of injuries and has bigger boobs than a female porn star has the stamina to go hard rounds at an elite level in the Cruiserweight division. Here is the Fightnews story about his failed test.....http://www.fightnews.com/Boxing/wba-orders-guillermo-jones-b-sample-opened-215586
