after finally being noticed and even gotten a Pro Bowl nod (granted, only after an injury to an overrated Seymour) Kyle deserves his own thread.

he is profootballfocus.com Defensive Player of the Year! congrats!

He certainly had a monster season. Williams is one of the rare whites allowed to play defensive tackle in the NFL. At only 27, he should make a few more Pro Bowls before his career is over.

Yes the lack of white defensive tackles makes most dwfs speechless after its pointed out. They don't have any argument about why, except for some vague comments about how longer arms may help them be better, which is total crap. Glad to see Kyle Williams make it even if it is as alternate. I think most of our defensive lineman that start have been to the pro bowl, or have played on a pro bowl level. I think Chris Long and Adam Carriker are the exceptions, Carriker has been misused and Long is finally starting to show improvement with 8.5 sacks this season, 3 ff and 3 pass deflections. I haven't watched the Redskins this year but have heard some positives about Carriker.

It's amazing how much more hype Haloti Ngata gets than Kyle Williams. Well, not amazing to us because we know why it is what it is. Ngata finished very high up on the list of theTop 100 Players of 2011 the NFL Network has been showing for a while now. I've heard acouple of the Caste talking heads on the network asserting that Ngatadeserves be in the top five. I haven't watched the whole countdown but I will be shocked if Kyle Williams is anywhere in the top 100.

Williams and Ngata both started their pro careers in 2006 and both played a lot even as rookies. 2010 was the season in which Ngata's reputation really went through the roof; but Williams outperformed Ngata in '10 and has throughout his career, yet is still a very obscure player. He made it to the Pro Bowl last year, but only as an alternate, and only because of injuries to one of the over-rated tackles picked ahead of him.

In 2010, Ngata had 63 combined tackles (46 solos and 17 assists), and 5.5 sacks. Williams had 77 tackles, a phenomenal total for a DT (54 solos and 23 assists), and matched Ngata with 5.5 sacks.

For their careers, Ngata has 247 tackles and 12 sacks. Williams has 292 tackles and 13.5 sacks.

There's nothing wrong with Ngata getting lots of recognition; he's extremely strong, surprisingly mobile for his weight -- at least compared to the slug-like movements of the league's highly touted super-obese black tackles -- and is a disruptive force. Theinjustice is that Williams deserves even more recognition than Ngata for his excellence, yet still labors in anonymity when he should be a well-known star. He, like Kelly Gregg, Ngata's teammate and one of the few other White DTs that start in the NFL, are great arguments for what we believe here, namely that defensive tackle should be a White dominated position due to Whites' better strength, stamina and mobility, on average. But the Caste agenda is always at work, even at a relatively obscure position like defensive tackle.Edited by: Don Wassall

As usual Don...your spot on! Thanks for those stats too!

Kyle Williams is my favorite DT in the NFL! Anticipated him signing with LSU instead of Tennessee out of Ruston HS....in 06' the Bills drafted DT-John Mc"Bust"Cargo in 1st round....and Williams beat him out from Day One!

Something else that hurts Kyle Williams is the Bills are/have beenbad...only 4-12 last year..so they don't get many prime-time games.

Glad to see Williams has his own thread here...he deserves it!

As Don said, white DT have all but been eliminated from the NFL. Can anyone remember any stud white tackles from the 90's? I can't off the top of my head but I'm sure there were a few.

Off of the top of my head I remember a few names from the late 1990s and early 2000s (not sure if they all qualify as very good though): Brian Young, Brad Culpepper, Seth Payne, John Parrella, Shane Dronett, Chad Eaton, Jim Flanigan, Chad Hennings, and Travis Hall.

Don't forget super white sumo and current caste clown Tony Siragusa from the Ravens in the late 90's, early 2000's

Nice to go down memory lane with the DT's of the 90's!

Pro-Bowl DT Kyle Williams is athletic as it gets for 300 pounds...
Factoid of the Week That May Interest Only Me
Buffalo defensive tackle Kyle Williams, a wide, 295-pound man with thick legs, shot a 66 at the University Club in Baton Rouge two summers ago. Seven birdies and an eagle.
Last year, Williams, who hadn't played organized baseball since his junior year in high school, took batting practice at Rogers Centre before a Blue Jays game. He hit a home run an estimated 400 feet.
And before Marshawn Lynch left the team last year in trade with Seattle, he challenged Williams to a swimming race in the team's rehab pool. Williams, a competitive swimmer growing up in Louisiana, beat him easily.
On Sunday, I asked him his golf handicap.
"Zero,'' he said.

Good stuff from Kyle Williams...one of the most under rated DT's in the history of the NFL!

Great motivation speech

I read that earlier today, it's a shame to see his great career come to an end but it's no surprise given his age. The best White DT since at least Kelly Gregg. Maybe Kyle's rookie teammate Harrison Phillips will be the next great one, or maybe Taven Bryan, another rookie. Even though defensive tackle and end are natural positions for Whites given their world-best abilities when it comes to strength and quickness, Kyle Williams "types" will continue to be rarities in the "color-blind" NFL.

If DT were a sexy position, Williams would probably be a borderline hall of fame candidate. I know if he had the cast that went to the 4 straight SB appearances he would have very strong consideration for the hall.

He was a real stalwart and a true leader of men unlike Shady(never a truer nickname) McCoy who is selfish and is publicly known for bar fighting and has allegedly beaten and had a low life friend rob a former lovers of her possessions.

Sad to see him go but at that age, what more could he do? He was one of the best DTs over the last 20 years and should be recognized as such. A damn shame that his success has not led to more White DTs in football. Like Sehorn, Harrison Smith or now McCaffrey, star players at Caste positions changes nothing. The NFL, like the rest of anti-White America, won’t change until it collapses or racially aware White men take over again.
