Matt Mitrione, a former member of the New York Giants and Minnesota Vikings, is now a mixed martial arts fighter. On Saturday night, Mitrione scored a technical knockout of Kimbo Slice, a YouTube sensation who is only 4-2 as a pro fighter.

The bout was part of the UFC 113 card in Montreal. MDS has the details at FanHouse.com.

Mitrione signed with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Purdue in 2002, appearing in nine games with no starts. He was then out of football in 2003 and 2004. He was a member of the Vikings in 2005, but he made no game appearances.

He has now made two appearances as a professional MMA fighter, and he is undefeated.

AHHAHAHA!! Bimbo Slice. What a fraud this guy is. The DWF's were drooling over him when they saw his Youtube videos. They thought he would be the best MMA fighter ever.

NFL veteran Matt Mitrione showed how far he has come as a mixed martial artist, with a TKO of an overmatched Kevin "Kimbo Slice" Ferguson at 4:24 in the second round at UFC 113 in Montreal after a one-sided fight.
... it is hard to see what the company can do with Slice after losing in such a lopsided manner to a lightly regarded fighter.

I hear there may be some future match-ups for Kimbum involving members of bar mitz·vahs, ladies mud wrestling and senior bingo nights that he and his team are considering for his come back.

The word on the street is that Kimbum will be getting back to his roots as a " Street brawler" and begin training in alleys full of winos, at disabled veterans of foreign war halls and at morgues ( in order to hone his skills against cadavers, while assuring a low possibility of getting knocked out by a White man).

Kimbum and his managers hope the step down in competition will again lead the Drunk White Fans to believe he is an unbeatable, negro phenom. Stay tuned.Edited by: WHITE NOISE

Matt has good size, reach, jabs & chin. If he fine tunes his wrestling & BJJ, he'll be able to take guys like Kongo. I think the "smiling" thing is just a bit of showmanship. Dana White did the right thing & fired Lice.

Thanks, F3dor. I wonder what's next for Bimbo Slice since even the UFC doesn't want to have anything to do with him anymore? Also I might add that I bet this fight was one of the most watched mma fights of all time. When the DWF's knew that afflete Kimbo was fighting they all watched.

Kimbo will also resume his champion's training diet consisted of: KFC Crispy Boneless wings, Rib tips, mashed taters & gravy, and of course all washed down with 40 0z Colt 45s. and Orange Crush.
