Millar is a 19 year old 100 meter sprinter from New Zealand. He just ran a 10.30 100 meters though the wind was + 4.5 . Two years ago he was running the 400 meters more but its nice to see some young talent out there like Gemilli, Robertson, Watrin, Cackford, among Guliyev and Lemaitre. I assume most white sprinters are psyched out early on because they see the dominance of American and Jamaican sprinters and don't think they can compete at higher levels.
