That elderly referee needs to be retired. He let the Peurto Rican blatantly hit Quigley in the back of the head multiple times. Then when Quigley dropped him with a body shot, the referee counted all the way to ten and on 10 the guy was still getting up, yet he let him continue fighting. Terrible job.
