Come on Jamstar. I just did some research on Steve Mullings. Hes been running the 100 meters for almost a decade. From 2008-2010 his best times ranged from 10.19 to 10.03. Now this year hes run 4 sub 10.0's while 2 were at maximum wind that 9.80 sticks out like a sore thumb. I have no proof but if you are familiar with the U.S. Court System you can be found guilty on circumstantial evidence and a 9.80 pretty much proves it. There are currently 22 Jamaican sprinters with a 10.28 or better 100 meter time this year. Thats more than some entire continents push out. Once again Im not saying all are juicing but considering how many professional sprinters have been busted and those that should have been caught ( M. Green, Boldon and of course Flo-Jo ) there are quite a few cheaters out there. To defend it is illogical. Time will tell. And is it me but does Yohan Blake look real bulky to me?

This could be a good thing. This is from an audit where the director of WADA said there was a "conflict of interest" with some of the members.

WADA probably noticed all of the syringes in the back pockets of the JADCO members and thought that a warning was in order

Over the last couple of years the Americans have had 3 junior sprinters who would absolutely kill our junior sprinters, all 3 are now playing football while our top junior sprinters have graduated to the senior ranks and are now improving past their times.

christophe lemaitre has been the best junior sprinter of all time, i think he has the second best junior performance of all time
and guess what, he is still running, he did not switch to soccer
but now, jamaican sprinters (and trinidadian, antillean....) that came out of nowhere beat him
why?
because lemaitre doesn't juice, while the others do, it's the only explanation
or maybe you wanna tell us now that whites peak earlier than blacks?

you don't know what you are talking about
african coutries are good in a lot of sports, they have big national soccer teams for example
and former white-dominated countries have good organisation, for example south africa

almost all the african soccer team are better than jamaica, and it's not a surprise, when you look a the size of this island
but for some reason (drugs) it's not the same thing in track and field

you can add Brazil to the list of countries with a big black population that doesn't produce a lot of sprinters, with a black population of 90 millions

there is evidence of doping
you talked about quarrie

compare him to powell

better weight training?
no
better drugs

well, you may ask us to excuse your "lack of English" but it seems you understand clearly enough to sound arrogant for a 2 post person (or maybe I just misunderstand your Frenchness).

these West African countries football teams often develop their finnesse as many of the players are "blooded" and their skills developed in top European teams having been harvested by European talent scouts early on. I would hazard a guess that 3rd world soccer federations are highly subsidised by the world federation.

Nurturing of potential track stars there is haphazard to say the least, tracks and facilities generally appalling, whereas T&F is the beloved national sport in Jamaica where sprinters are heroes to the young ones just getting started. Then there is the U.S system just up north, the colleges just waiting to pounce on any potential Usain Bolt. Here is part of why it is a breeding ground, drugs or no drugs! Edited by: mastermulti

I just caught a picture of Yohan Blake on Iaaf.org competing in the Jamaican championships and his veins are just popping out of his arms. Look at any body builder known forroiding and they all have this look. Blake is juicing and you cant deny it.

all the jamaicans sprinters have the same physique right now, it's because they have the same drugs

look at the difference between bolt and lemaitre!
http://www.exposay.com/celebrity-photos/christophe-lemaitre-fra-and-usain-bolt-jam-gtO0qJ.jpg

and bolt is even taller, and without weight training he would be a total twink
look at the way bolt's deloids pop out, at such a low body fat
the day lemaitre's delts look like this, you will know he is ON

the physique displayed by bolt here is not only the result of steroids, but also HGH and insulin
in fact, his physique looks like dwain chamber's, and we know he wasn't using only steroids
this is a walking pharmacy
not HUGE, but too much fullness, especially in the delts, for such bodyfat
naturally, at that bodyfat, a human beeing would look very flat
even ben johnson looks flat compared to him

Yes thats the one. Thanks Jimmy. Look at any normal person , even the weightlifters and see if any of them have those veins popping out. Look at professional wrestlers and you see those enlarged sickly things sticking out. How has this guy not been caught? Asafa Powell and Usain Bolt have ths same ugly sickly bulging arms. Steve Mullings ran a 9.80 for somone who has been running professionally for 8 years and NOW he breaks 10 flat for the first time. Right!!!!
Look at American sprinter Shawn Crawford. In 2004 he was running sub 20s in the 200 like there was no tomorrow. His arms were jacked but had that sickly bulged vein look. In todays pictures Crawford looks normal and yet he cant crack 20.5. Its just so obvious. I just cant believe there are people smart enough people in Jamaica to create a substance to mask this steroid use.
Am I right that these guys are all roiding. I dont have a clue. But look at all the sprinters in the past that have run near 10.1 in the 100 and look at their arms. Even Kostas Kenteris had those sickly veins and though he was never caught when he purposely avoided a drug screening that pretty much made up my mind. Some or all of these Jamaican sprinters are cheating. Why cant normal people see this?

The reason most normal people don't see this is because they have been brainwashed into believing that blacks are all these super athletes. No matter how many blacks have been busted for steroids in mulitple sports, people still believe they are super human. It shows how good a job ofbrainwashing the people has been in general. Wake up sheeple.

Pics like that just make it so painfully obvious that someone is using! I remember reading a 'natural bodybuilder' magazine a few years back and it talked about how competitors take rigorous substance tests as well as a polygraph. I'd love to compare Blake's physique to one of the top world natural bodybuilders, as I bet Blake would make him look small. Also, I know polygraphs aren't 100% accurate, but it would be interesting to see how many of these guys would fail one if it was given as a surprise right before a race!

on the way it is distributed on IAAF it looks that blacks are 0.2 or 0.4 seconds faster on average , it looks a bit at 9.8 seconds 100 meter.
you can compare it a bit with this.
this chart gives the % outside normal range and you have to do it /2 to see for example how rare high speed is I think 1 satndard derrivation is 5.3% Christophe lemaitre 5 sd faster then average white? I guess that

Also you can see that there are probably at least as much east asians as whites that do javelin throwetc. and train hard for it WHY?

Becuase there differnce between 1 st ,second, third isn't biggest then that of whites its even smaller, the more people do a sport the smaller the differences.

You can use it as a tool to show that not only whites like strength events, the bad thing is the top list is a bit small but it still looks like not great or majority is white that does strength events when whitey are nearly only in the top lists.

Blacks are more ripped on average but the thing with Bolt is that he was very very tiny when he was like 20 years old.

they only look more ripped because of their dark skin. its the reason body builders want to look tan.

Observer interesting theory about football v track but after seeing guys like Jeff Demps and Trindon Holiday choose football over track, well lets just say I think most young fast guys in american will choose big money sports like football over track.

I may be wrong though.
Jeff Demps is going back to track instead of the draft, aiming for the 2012 olympics. I wouldn't be surprised to see Trindon do the same since it will be a longshot for him to make the Texans roster.

indeed , mullings will be serving a ban soon again. i think realistically regardless of race and talent, populations which are bigger tend to throw up the best athletes or scholars , i think anybody who studies athletics must feel that many sprinters of the highest standard are on peds when logic is used in the process. there are scienctifically no physical differences that prevent whites from running sub 10 or indeed blacks throwing the javelin 90m, but there are differences in each individuals moral code and the moral code of those around them who have no qualms using the very best of what modern pharmaceuticals have to offer, just look at pharmaleta jeter, unbelievable how she gets away with it. there is no doubt in my mind that alot of the jamaicans are dirty and the next few years will prove this. and that fool merritt is on his way back , major championship bans are the only way, if not lifetime. where are the russian men , their systems are long gone and or the east german athletes , same thing and yes WL was right , young white americans are brainwashed into feeling they cannot compete, i see this every year when they come as college students to europe and are amazed to see talented white athletes in action only then do they begin to see things differently , and of course youtube has been of great benefit. i have always felt that black americans still carry a chip on their shoulder, and have a tendency to be cautious of any white person and they have plenty of racist views of there own:biggrin:

I could go on for days about Jamaica and what I believe is going on. It's so obvious but I will give you another quick example.

Think about this. When Michael Johnson broke the 200 meter world record back in 96, he ran an incredible 19.32! Yes he was most likely on p.e.d.s. too but that is for another discussion. Track experts across the globe said the record might last our modern lifetimes but if not it would probably last 40-50 years! Then we have not one but two sprinters from the same tiny island(Jamaica) that break the world record all while no one else can get anywhere close. Can you smell something fishy? If that is not enough, imagine the record going into the high 18 second range which could very well happen this summer at the olympics. Video Game times indeed. Come on W.A.D.A. Do your job and catch more of these cheats!

It's awful to watch. I mean, you don't even want to look at the annual top lists for the sprints anymore. The only thing that can beat the Jamaicans is a drug test. Plain and simple. Right now, they're out there, taking more and getting away with more than anyone else.

And I can't ever let anyone mention Michael Johnson's time without pointing out that he was one of the most heavily roided dudes in the great era of heavy roiding, back when runners could use even stronger stuff than they're on now. Michael Johnson was every bit that fraud that Marion Jones was. The only difference was that he got away with it.

it is not just awful to watch but any sort of honesty or
some sort of values ,dont exist in athletics much anymore.
it is just the way the system is nowadays and that includes iaaf
the hypocrisy of likes of johnson or like someone like
franckie fredericks ,a so called iaaf ambassador disgusts me , the bare faces lying through teeeth .

that says that some athletes nowadays are just plain lazy as excuse why cant get close to times of generation ago , these are athletes that r clean and
so called lazy because have to rest between training as just cant recover the same .
this if recall is from article maybe afew years ago .

Lets look at some of top white sprinters from past
, they generaly keep quiet when talk about peds
as know involves this facade .as they all used but
at least have humility to not preach as was just part
of system .
know allan wells voiced opinions on drugs and being banned for life ,but generally keeps quiet .
remember interview and generally doesnt get involved but maybe said this out of dislike for certain modern british sprinters .
